Regrout Systems saved me!! I found myself at a difficult time in my life and being forced to sell my home due to divorce. We had two showers acid washed and re-sealed and a tub seal replaced. We got great advice on how to clean up a very minor mold problem. Our bathroom tile had gotten a little run down with age and we expected to have to re-grout but the recommendation to clean and seal was all we needed. We are very happy with what was recommended and the end result. The work was expertly done, workers were on time, worked hard, and were very clean. Everything they worked on looks new again! These guys are great. Very hard working and reasonably priced compared with the quote I got for resurfacing. I was considering resurfacing my tile and tub but that has been known to peel off after a few years. They cleaned, regrouted, recaulked my tile and tub. It looks like new and I love that it's very green because there no replacing--it all about refurbishing what you have. They did a beautiful job. I don't know how this place gets such good reviews or i guess we are the only ones that had a problem. We contacted this company to come out and repair the grout to our bathtub and when scheduling the appointment we weren't told that it would be just a estimate appointment and no actual work would be done. Well the guy shows up and takes a bunch of pictures and then tells my husband that he will get back to us with an estimate that was when we actually found out that they wouldn't be doing any work just an estimate. The guy said don't expect any work to be able to be done for over a week because they are so busy well that was Tuesday May24th and here it is week and half later and we haven't heard a word from them. Apparently they are so busy they don't want or need any more work. So basically it was a waste of our time to deal with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

We are very satisfied with the work performed by Michael in the kitchen, two bath tubs, and a bathroom counter of our recently purchased Monarch Beach home. After considering an expensive remodel to granite or other material, we chose to keep the tile (that was in very good shape) and have the grout "issues" addressed. Brian came out to inspect our problems, explained materials used and the process and needed to be done, and he promptly emailed quotes. The next day, Michael arrived to perform some work in the kitchen that had cracked and missing pieces of grout around the sink. A few days later, Michael returned to complete the tasks. Regrout systems did a very good job on our bathroom. I am very pleased with their work. Brian came to my home and gave me a very thorough explanation of what could be done to improve my bathroom, the cost and the time the job would take. Mike did the work a week later. Mike reglued a soap dish that had come off the tile, rerouted around the tub and cleaned all of the tile. Both gentlemen were very polite and honest and I feel their prices are fair. read more

Just had them refinished my kitchen counter top and my shower yesterday. The tile and grout all look brand new now. They remain responsive after the work was done. Today I found some outlets in my bathroom not working. Unfortunately I had to leave for the day when Mike came to clean and re-grout my kitchen tile countertops and bath tile countertops/tile floors, so my parents came over and stayed while they did their thing. My father, who's a stickler for craftsmanship and simply doing things right, inspected the job once Mike was complete and he was amazed at how great of a job he did. In fact, in describing the work for me over the phone, my dad said it looked like newly installed tile. For my father to say that about the quality of work means a lot. Once I got home and saw the work myself, I was blown away. I guess I should have expected as much when in meeting Mike before I left for the day, he stated in reference to the tile, "I take this stuff personally." Quality work from quality people that care about what they're doing. I've got some other projects coming up and Regrout Systems has earned a spot as my go-to's for re-grouting. I had a shower repair to be done, grout had cracks. Believe the orig contractor did not build the shower correctly. Regrout Systems came out, surveyed repair and I had a quote in less that 5 hours. I scheduled the repair, they showed up on time, left the place clean, and did an excellent job on the repair. The repairman was very professional. A few days later (on a Saturday) Mike was sent to perform the job, and it was completed to our satisfaction in one day. Denny and Mike are both knowledgeable professionals. I shopped around and went with Regrout Systems, very glad I did. They did an awesome job! Brian came out and gave me an estimate for my shower, I tried all the cleaners including phosphoric acid. which did help but i could not get the grout to come clean or the corners of the shower. I chose Regrout Systems as Brian was honest , told me exactly what needed to be done and what to expect. The price was fair, the work they did was unbelieveable. Brian came out for the estimate and inspected all the bathrooms to determine what needed to be done. He sent me a detailed estimate and then a date was arranged. Randy, Brandon and Denny came out yesterday and regrouted 4 bathrooms and the bathrooms look like new (like they did 23 years ago)!!! They arrived on time and used drop cloths. They were very professional and courtesy and worked through their lunch in order to complete the job. After they were complete, they explained the warranty and recommended cleaning products. Not only did they perform all the work on the estimate, they did extra at no additional cost. They were awesome!! Called Regrout systems to asses work needed on tile grout in master bath. Brian Coakley (the owner) came out, checked all areas, assessed color match that would be appropriate and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We called and set up the appointment and his two men came out on time, set up so there wouldn't be a mess because they had to remove the cracked grout on the bathroom counter perimeter. They also had to remove grout on perimeter of shower floor. First they thoroughly cleaned the tile in both areas, again made sure the color of the grout matched and replaced the grout with a product that has the look and feel of grout but is flexible and will not crack. They resealed both areas. They did an outstanding job!! The color match is really good and the tile and counter look like new. If anything goes wrong, we have a year will they will come back and make it right. I did look online at other companies but I am really, really glad we chose the right one in Regrout Systems. read more

We had Regrout Systems clean, regrout and reseal our kitchen and bathroom counters, showers and tile surrounding the tubs. Our tile was all original in our home built in 1989 and was in pretty good shape, except for many cracks in the grout, dirty grout and an overall dull look. Brian Coakley, the owner of Regrout, came out for a free estimate and was able to start the work within a week or so, based on my schedule. There were four or five workers who came out, so they could work in the kitchen and both baths at the same time. They took great care of the surrounding areas, including our brand new kitchen appliances. They also removed the two shower doors, which we were replacing with frameless doors. They did an excellent job regrouting, cleaning, recaulking, and resealing. What we used to think of as "dated" tile now looks brand new and absolutely beautiful. We couldn't be happier and will definitely have Regrout Systems come back in a few years or as needed to keep the tile looking so gorgeous. read more

We recently had our Kitchen and Bathroon tile repaired, cleaned and regrouted by Regrout Systems. I had looked at other companies but was encouraged to try Regrout Systems because of the great reviews on Yelp. We were not disappointed. I called Jamie at the office and she got the ball rolling immediately. Brian came by, reviewed the work we needed done, answered all our questions and supplied what we thought was a very reasonable bid. We set a date for the work. Denny and Mike arrived promptly on the day. Those guys work hard! I never saw them take a break. The result was AMAZING!!!! Our 22 year old tile in the kitchen looked like new by the end of the day. The kids bathroom shower, which was an eyesore with grime and mold, was totally clean and white. We were so impressed by the transformation that we are having our Master bath and downstairs bathroom done next. There were a few small areas in our kitchen that needed a touch up. No problem...Brian came by the very next day himself and took care of it. My husband and I highly recommend Regrout Systems.
