I called Regis Landscaping twice. We always bought our mulch from them for years. This year both myself and my husband suffered from medical issues so we could not take care of our yard ourselves. Regis never bothered to get back even though both times, they assured me they would. I guess we arent that important to them. Very disappointed in this company. We hired Regis to do a lot of work at our house shortly after we moved in. Our entire backyard was a slope with decent size rocks sticking out of the ground in numerous spots. Regis brought in an excavator and multiple trucks of loam to level the yard out for us just how we wanted it. Morg is quite the pro with the excavator! It was fun watching him work. We had them remove a few trees and level out the front yard as well. In addition to the grading, they installed a patio for us in the backyard, replaced a walkway in the front yard and put in granite steps outside our front door. Fernando took the lead on these projects as well as extending our deck out to give us more space. He did a fantastic job on all accounts! Lastly, they installed a new granite post for our mailbox, installed an irrigation system and put down hydro seed to finish it off. The grass started growing within 5 or 6 days and came in great! It was a completely different yard after they finished and we're very happy with the work. We can tell Mike has been in the business for a while because he knows what he's doing. Regis did a phenomenal job putting in our paver patio firepit, patio, walkway and refinished granite steps! We have a very uneven, sloped yard, front and back. Fernando had to get the equipment up these hills and level out the firepit area. He and the masonry team built a retaining wall, with lights, and a beautiful paver layout for our firepit area. Then they dug out our old, cracked uneven cement patio off the backdoor of our house and laid out the same pavers into a larger, level patio that wound up giving better clearance to a basement window. They installed new granite steps at the back door. Then they removed an asphalt walkway from our side deck to the front steps and installed the pavers down this sloping, curved walkway. They refaced our front steps with beautiful granite steps, with lighting, and using real stone, refaced the risers and side of the steps. Owner Mike dressed up a garden next to the front steps with perennials that will be maintenance free. His irrigating team repaired our sprinkler system adding a few more heads to give the yard better irrigation coverage. Morgan came out and put down sifted topsoil and then finished off with hydroseeded to the softscape disrupted by all the equipment needed to do this work. It has transformed our yard, given curb appeal to the front doorway and created a yard of our dreams. I highly recommend Regis Earth Products and Landscaping! If I could give them a zero, I would, because that's what they did for me. Contacted them in early spring. Admittedly, they came out within a week to give a estimate for an excavation job. All I asked, because I knew how busy they were, is to put be on their calendar for September to do this job. I called a couple of times, left a couple of messages with the company and the estimator and got NO response. Asked early on that they at least let me know so that I could secure another company if they were not interested. Their lack of communication, unreliablilty and lack of professionalism shouldn't surprise me - seems to be the way things are now. Doesn't make it right - stay away from this company. read more

Buyer beware. I received a quote for installation of plantings at my home and sent this firm the 50% ($1,300+) deposit that they required. They scheduled a date to get the work done and they never showed up. No call or email, just did not show up. After several phone calls to the company to ask about when they would complete the work, they never replied and the work was never done in over 1 year! To date, I have not received my deposit back, the work was done by another company and I had to file a case in small claims court. Horrible experience and I feel totally ripped off by this company. Still waiting for my money to be returned. Beware. Terrible experience. read more

I was looking to do a project on Sunday. The only day I have off. I called this company around 4 pm on Saturday and Mike Regis was very helpful. Delivered an entire load of blue stone to me around 6 pm. The website says they close at 5. Very grateful he was so willing to help me out. Nice job mike with the customer service. When he got to my house I told him my guy to spread the rock out with a bobcat stiffed me he offered to use the dump truck to thin it out and told me if he doesn't show to call him and he'd send a guy over Monday.
