Arriving after 6 pm , place was busy but there were still enough seating for us. Both , my wife and I were tired and very hungry from our 3 hour trip. There aren't many choices for vegetarians but my wife found the Huevos Rancheros. Fried eggs served on a crispy tortilla with refried beans, topped with warm salsa Red or Green. Chopped fresh cilantro, queso fresco, drizzled with sour cream and avocado slices... Her first experience eating the Huevos Rancheros was a good one. Very tasty . Just a little too much salsa. The dish was swimming in it. I had the Carnitas de Puerco. Slow simmered pork, quickly fried at the end. Served with arroz mexicano, refried beans, queso fresco, fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, tortillas a mano. True Mexican Cuisine. This Chef's mother's recipe is a must have... I like the little tortillas where you can put nice bites of carnitas, rice and beans, and guacamole all in one . Very flavorful. The carnitas is moist and extremely tender. Our waitris was informative, friendly, and gave us great service. Glad to have another great Mexican restaurant in the area.

There was only one server who also doubled as the bartender. She was pretty amazing in that she was handling everything and took our orders (there were four of us) without writing anything down. I figured "no way" our orders would come out correct. She proved me wrong, that's for sure. Everything was perfect and exactly as ordered. I had a burrito/enchilada plate and it was fine but not outstanding. I've had better similar orders at other places in the Central Oregon area. Others at my table loved their orders which consisted of pork chops and tacos. I will say the jalapeño margarita was the best I have ever had. Comfortable place but it is pretty small.

It's a sit down restaurant but the food comes out quickly! We had looked at the menu ahead of time and placed our order right when we were seated, so it wasn't long before the food came out. The food itself was good but not amazing. They did provide a small bowl of hot salsa to spice things up but the enchilada itself was not spicy. The tacos were good, and my daughter liked her quesadilla too. The service was great! The server was so understanding of us having two young kids and needing to eat fast. At one point we knocked a water over and she patiently brought us a new one, plus some extra spoons and bowls for the kids to share food. That's the main reason I'm giving it 5 stars. Good food and great service!

They give you this delicious bean dip with the chips. The food is just top notch. Can't wait to go back for dinner. It's the way I remember Real Mexican food tasting when I was growing up. The menu had a nice variety and the location offered seating on-site. When I went to the window I was greeted by a lady that was all business and skipped pleasantries. A little off putting but that's just me. I ordered 3 Carne Asada tacos with hot sauce as I was starving! It said these were double corn so I was thinking they would be a decent size. What I got instead were 4" tortillas that were two bites each for $5.00 each. In the photo you can see the hot sauce container takes up half a taco and I can hold the taco with three fingers lol. Now, I will say, these tasted amazing! They were fresh, perfectly seasoned, had a nice char, and the hot sauce was incredible! With the squeeze of lime, delicious. Unfortunately, these werent filling and I had to go somewhere else to grab more food before my flight.

The girls ordered carne asada fries & a carnitas torta. Both were good size portions & were tasty! My lengua burrito-served enchilada style- was excellent!
