Both Manpreet Auntie and Jose remembered us from a visit 2 years ago and gave us such amazing customer service from finding lehengas tucked away to taking them off mannequins! We were helping our friend find a couple of cholis (blouses) and this was the only store we found today which had them. Most stores sell the sari and choli as a complete item. Taj Sari Palace didn't have cholis in my friend's size. Regal had them for only $7 apiece, Taj Sari Palace was selling the exact same thing for $20 apiece. English language is good at Regal and the service very attentive. The fact that we finally found our friend a choli, after spending all day on Devon looking for cholis, earns them 5 stars. Hopefully somebody on Devon will read this and realize there is a market out there for cholis. read more

They had a great collection of Indian outfits especially for a Bride. I like the elegant collection and the willingness of the staff to help you find your outfit. Jose did a great job tailoring to my taste of outfits and helping us find dresses tucked away to in the store to taking them off the mannequins! Best place to go on Devon for women's and children's. Jose and staff are so helpful. The prices are very good and you don't feel like you've been scammed. If Jose doesn't have it - he will find it! Jose is a keeper! The shopping experience reminded me of what it's like in Pakistan! He pulled out a great selection and showed them to us in the most interactive way possible so that we could truly see what it would look like! We came in to buy one thing and left with like 5-6 outfits all because of Jose, seriously he was awesome and hilarious! I was quite surprised how well he knew Urdu! This place is a one stop shop! I wish I knew about this place earlier. My mom will definitely be returning, their saris are so incredibly beautiful and elegant. I will say that I probably wouldn't suggest getting the actual blouse tailored from the stores tailor - he didn't seem to understand that if someone is bustier then the length from the back part of the blouse should be a few inches shorter to compensate for the curve at the bust. I also saw a very unhappy customer there for a fitting and blouse didn't fit right, it was too loose in the back. But besides that, the sari/lengha selection and the men's selection is top notch! This and Sari Sapne their sister store has got to be the absolute worse stores in all of Devon. I went there for all of my bridesmaids petticoats and jewelry and they not only ripped me off, they sold 2 of the 10 Petticoats I put a special order in for stating I only ordered 8 when the recepit clearly stated 10. I was stuck having to tailor 2 petticoats and they charged me triple and a half of what a ready made petticoat would have been. And the jewelry I put a special order in for wasnt anything like what I originally wanted. Stay away from Jose in particular. The worst customer service and I would NEVER go back. GO to Sahil next door instead, and although you will pay a little more, at least their store is organized and they follow through with what they say. read more
