The staff was also taking personal phone calls while trying to work on customers. While the guy was working on my nails he kept stopping to talk to his children and take personal phone calls. I was there for 2 hours for just a gel fill. The lady who painted my nails did not get even close to the design I wanted on my nails, she did whatever she wanted. They are however friendly but I do not see myself going back.

Joanie is the stylist that intuitively knows how to cut ones hair so that it lays right, doesn't fight with it's nature, and looks dynamite! She also listens well. She remembers that you don't like hair spray, for instance, and will ask if she feels a little would add to your hairdo. She also understands customer service. My hair looks great all the time and I don't spend a lot of time or money on it. I will always spend for a good cut! Cannot rave enough about this place!!!
