I love this place! I don't go enough because I do live thirty minutes away but when I go they take such good care of my feet. they are patient and kind and very hard workers. this nail shop is my first pick always on Washington read more

They did a good job, but they need to start asking people what they actually want. Do not assume they want the highest option. read more

I always go here for pedicures and manicures. Lee does an absolutely fantastic job. Best I have had in the last 40 years of nail services!

Spent one hour filing my nails now my nails are irritated. Nails do not have good shape in and in pain. Over all the vibe was boring.

They are absolutely phenomenal and gentle and even give free cuticle oil for Christmas.

I was told it would be 10 mins for a pedicure, sat for 45. ColdWater by that point. My daughter asked for a nail design. And was rudely told no. Wasn't given a reason or offered a solution.. just no. Tried to charge me for the nail design after she finished her nails. Definitely could be a lot better with customer service and communication. read more

First time trying this place, I had full set nails along with a pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure didn't understand English, and I had a sore calf and she kept rubbing it. My nails fell off within the first couple days three of them went back to have them put on and they charge me $10! The next day I had three more fall off, I will not be going back and neither should you! read more

Terrible service. The manicurists don't listen to your requests most likely because they don't understand English. They don't make nails even. They cut one short and crooked and left one long. Then barely made any progress when we asked them to fix the issue. They made my toes bleed. They kept reusing dirty towels. They charged more than the total price they wrote down, possibly added a card processing fee, but they didn't note that. read more

Pro Nails & Spa - Horrible service!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Washington, Missouri

Would not recommend this business to anyone!! When we arrived at our pedicure appointment & checked in there was no where to sit and wait before they were ready for us. When we finally sat down for the appointment, it was rough from the start. Both older men working on both my mom & I were staring at me and my mother for talking to one another during our appointment, continuing to look up & glare while they were working. I am not one to be disrespectful or loud, especially in public when others are trying to enjoy themselves. On another note. the paint job & pedicure themselves were beyond awful and both of our toes turned out the exact same way. For something that is supposed to be enjoyable & relaxing, save yourself the money and do it at home or go somewhere else read more

Very unhappy with services received. I felt too uncomfortable to speak up because the men make it uncomfortable in the salon. Everyone was talking to me and the nail tech and kept looking at my nails, then speaking in a language I didn't understand. I am super unhappy with how my nails look and don't understand the pricing at all. I requested dip and tip, which is "$40+" but no explanation of what constitutes an upcharge. I was charged $55. I was too upset and intimidated to speak up. I will not be going back to this salon. Very disappointing considering the price you pay for services. I wanted to go back in and ask for a refund. read more

Always do my nails exactly as I ask. In fact they go above and beyond to get them just right.

me and my friend went in for pedicures in February 2023. I told them I did not want gel and I did not want the corners of my toenails clipped. They did gel and not only clip the corners of my toenails, but ripped my cuticle for quite a ways and also clip my toenails way too short. Same happened with my friend who had a different technician. We will never go back there again. read more

Pro Nails & Spa - They clipped my toenails too short and ripped my cuticle! Very painful. - Nail Salons Near Me - Washington, Missouri

Really not impressed with my experience at Pro Nails. When they first opened in Washington it seemed so clean, put together, and the staff was friendly. Now, the employee I had barely spoke to me and was very blunt, made my cuticles SUPER irritated to where some bled, and polish is way too thick and uneven. My nails hurt while sleeping and waking up the next day. My friend had a girl (I think named Katie) and her nails looked way better and she had no problems. 0/10 recommend. read more

Treated myself to a gel manicure for Easter. A couple of days after the manicure my hands were a mess. The skin below my cuticles was bleeding on nearly every nail. The polish started chipping within 5 days. The manicurist kept calling me boss and it felt condescending. I planned to get a pedicure and manicure this week, but I'll be going elsewhere. I won't be back. read more

Pro nails used to be a great salon in washington but my last visit was the final one for me. I came in right at open on a Sunday and they didn't have any other customers. The nail tech was very rough with my hands. And wasn't clean in his work. Very very rushed. Normally a good dip mani takes about 45 minutes to do, the tech spent about 20 minutes on my hands and left dip color all over my skin. When I told him I wanted it cleaned, he told me to scrub it at the sink. It didn't come off, so I'll have to try at home with acetone. When you pay $35 for a service, you should get the full treatment. They usually do a short massage with lotion too and that was not done. Very unhappy with the treatment I received to read more

Terrible Place. They pretend like they don't speak English when you tell them wrong color. Paid for gel but despite telling Kim, my nail person, that she was doing the wrong color, she continued and when done still argued wrong color. Got home washed hands, and sure enough, wrong color. Not color changing, should have been pink/purple. Also had huge gouges in the paint job. Called immediately when got home and talked to manager/owner and she said they would redo next time no cost, so went in today, manager/owner said had 3 day policy. Found out my sister had same issue, so think they are getting rid of old polish by acting like they don't speak English. Terrible place!!! Affliated with LNails in Union. read more

fuck this place. it's so bad. please never go there. they charged us 90 dollars for two full sets and we got PLAIN BLACK nails. then we didn't have enough money and had to go get some and they told us to leave something there. i offered them my purse and ID that way if i didn't come back, they had my ID to turn me into the cops. they declined that and told us to leave our phones. they were being very rude and didn't even deserve the tip i kindly gave them anyways. read more

Pro Nails & Spa - me flipping them off - Nail Salons Near Me - Washington, Missouri

I went in today for a fill. I have been going here for a few months and the ladies in the salon are good at what they do. The men, however, do not. The one who did my fill left my nail crooked and uneven lengths. He left me sitting in the chair while he disappeared into the back of the salon, not once but twice. When he was working on my nails he was watching a show on his phone and texting. The televisions were not synced and they were on a sound loop. It reminded me of a kindergarten Row Row Row your boat choir class. I was then passed off for someone else to do the color. The top coat is all over my cuticles and I have had to refile my nails and chip of top coat. With more than one person working on my nails I am not even sure who gets my tip?!?!?! read more

My first visit was yesterday and was very impressed with Ty. He did a great job and will continue going there and having him always.

I will not be going back due to the fact that I called ahead of time and they said they weren't busy at all and I got there and had to wait 45 mins. when they finally took me and my friend the lady that was doing my friends nails played on her phone then went and sat in the massage chair and continued to play on her phone until another customer arrived and she did her nails. then they guy that did mine made them more square then coffin when I wanted coffin my right thumb nail is a lot thinner than my left. me and my friend then got pedicures and I was told my toes were dry I got home and took my socks off and my nail polish was messed up! read more

Would not recommend going to this place. I got dip powder done and 2 days later my nails were already chipping and breaking off. The color I showed her I wanted was not what I got and it didn't help that she didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate at all! Definitely not worth the $35, save your money and go else where! read more

TERRIBLE service and mediocre nails. The man who did my nails rolled his eyes multiple times, was rude, rushed, and did a terrible job. My finger was also cut open due to rough filing. This was my second experience here, I thought I would give it another try and it was worse than the first time. I would not recommend this business!! read more

I made an appointment for 9:30 to get my toes and my nails done. Got right in for my pedicure. Ive been waiting an hour to get my nails done. While they have waited on 5 other people. I then said something and while they took another customer that just got here, they said they'd be right with me. As this was my favorite place. I wont be coming back. And i have been gor years. Its my wedding week and i have lots to do which is why i made an appointment. Very disappointing. read more

Worse experience ever. Gave Katie 3 times where I had 10:30 appt and she didn't walk in until almost 11:00. I wanted to be her first appointment at 10:30 she said next time she will be there and I walked in and she was doing someone else's nails. Then when I finally sat down another lady walked in and said she had an appointment at 10:30 with her so she made me soak my nails for over 30 minutes as she was doing the other 1030 appointment and I felt like like my nails soaked for so long that they were falling off. They really do not take appointments they say they do but they do not they don't write them down. I heard her personally say when people call OK I have you down but they do not write it down. They were two walkins and Katie told them they would have a 15 minute wait and one lady spoke up and said now we've had an 11 o'clock appointment and it's 1145 them are still waiting so there's no way you have a 15 minute wait and they walked out very disorganized place!! read more
