Compared to other nearby nail salons, this was a calmer vibe. Reason for rating was that: 1. they are unbelievably slow. If you go in for a regular manicure, expect 1.5 hrs. A gel manicure? My mom has been in there for almost 3 hours before. Between my mom and I, we have been getting gel manicures for over 20+ years. Instead of wrapping nails to take off gel polish while you have a pedicure, they wait until you get to the nail chair, even when you request the take off wraps in the pedicure chair. I'm not sure if that's a language barrier thing or just how they do it. 2. Repeated gel manicures breaking, chipping, peeling - went to another local salon for a change, come to find out they were putting acrylic on the nails instead of only gel. 3. And there was a fungus under a gel/acrylic nail. Very disappointing after being loyal customers for a while.

She dipped them and started cleaning my feet without them soaking and allowing them to soften which makes it feel less painful. Then as part of the package I picked it called for hot stones. And a particular herb. The hot towel was used across both legs at once I'm sure they can afford to wrap them individually.

I explained clearly that I had old color, new growth with some gray, and naturally dark hair that tends to lift brassy. Instead of blending, bleach was applied in solid lines and processed all the same. The result was completely uneven--white where I had gray, orange/brassy where I had old color, and yellow/gold at the regrowth. There was no transition or blending at all, just obvious streaks. I was told it was toned, but there was no visible improvement. It's now been two months, and after spending hundreds of dollars at another salon, I am still trying to correct the damage from this service. I would not trust this salon for any kind of color work.
