I went with my mom, the ladies are nice. Very friendly. However, my polish (gel polish) came off in whole in my sock! about four nails. The rest chipped and just didn't stay on. They were happy to fix it and when I went back in, again very friendly. When removing the rest of the polish that was still on, not all of it was removed so you could see through the new color I chose. It was terrible looking. There were bumps under the polish, it was terrible. I had to pay a couple days later to just have it all removed. If you're looking to be massaged, forget it. That does not happen there. So I went in today, thinking that it would be a great place to take my mum to get pampered. I got a full set of acrylic nails, and they ended up cutting my fingers twice, and kept filing one of the cuts after I told them it was bleeding. Then when it was time to do the coloring they weren't able to do a simple ombré, that they said they could do, so I just got a solid color. After I left the station I went to pay, and noticed that the gel wasn't dried all the way, but when I mentioned it they just said it was fine and that it would dry. That's not how he'll works... I ended up paying $45 for a acrylic set that wasn't truly finished, it was sloppy and the color didn't even cover the whole nail. The only good thing I have to say is that my mum likes her nails, even though they over charged for them. I ended up paying a total of $90 for a full set and a basic pedicure. Their wall says a pedicure was only $25. I will not be returning any time soon. Hopefully they don't butcher another customers hands. -Disappointed customer. read more

I called ahead to make sure they weren't busy and if they had any openings for a full set because mind you nail salons did just recently open not too long ago so they are going to be slammed! This is my go to salon when I was just a basic set of acrylics nothing fancy. They have never cut me or anything before which I really appreciate. Kathy did my nails this time and she was so sweet and took time doing my nails. As she was doing my nails I could tell she was tired and shaky. I asked her if she's had a break and she told me not really only to use the restroom. There was only a total of 3 girls working and all overworked. My set was only $45 (she told me ahead of time) which was fine by me a lot of places are charging more right now. I urge you all to appreciate and be patient of your nail techs! I just had my first fill on another nail shops set of nails. I found first visit to be friendly, quick and they had a huge selection of glitter for my nails. She was quick but super careful not to hurt me. I was advised that I could have top coat for free or gel for an extra $5.00. This was my second time with the gel top coat and I'll never go back to smudgy polish. It's absolutely, positively worth $5.00. This is my new favorite place. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went here over a month ago now for a pedicure. The lady who did the pedicure was rude and rough. She dig into the side of my toe and it hurt at the time. Days later I was at the doctor with an infection in my toe. My doctor said most likely due to unsanitary tools. Went back to the doctor weeks later cause the infection didn't clear up and they ended up putting me on more antibiotics and removed half my nail at this point. This nail salon is nothing how it looks on Yelp! I like a lot of designs, stones, and color on my nails which is why I chose Regal salon and they were the only ones open on Sunday. However, the male worker name Ho was very, very rude and unprofessional he acted like he understood English until I told him what I wanted or at least tried to. He told me he does not know how to do designs I then showed him pictures of his nail salon on yelp then the woman named Tina chimed in and said she will do the designs for me because she knew how to do designs and I agreed.When I asked him to first manicure my cuticles he told me no he was going to saw them down I said no I need a manicure before applying my full set, He then said OK but continued sawing my cuticles while giving me an evil look and being very rough with my hands on purpose. I then snatched my hands away And told him he does not have to do my nails if he does not want to he shouted and said OK go then and Tina told me she would do my nails for me instead instead. As soon as I got into Tinas chair everything was going great until it was time to do my designs and that is when I learned that the yelp pictures are outdated and the woman who did those nail designs has quit already she is no longer at the shop! I soon began to feel like I was tricked into coming to this nail salon because I then learned that Tina also did not know how to do designs after she told me she could, her shaping is not great my thumbnail is very crooked and some nails are longer than others my gel also has bubbles in it! I then told her she needs to update her website she said OK and I proceeded to ask for the price of my nails and she had the nerve to say $70, I said no way this was definitely not worth $70 I can give $50 for my nails, she didn't go down easy but she eventually agreed once I pointed out to her that I was lied to from the beginning.I can go on and on but I will say I will NEVER, EVER go back or recommend this salon to anyone! The location is inside of a Walmart which is kind of uncomfortable with you trying to relax and customers walking past staring into the salon. Only thing that actually looks good about my nails is the gel color but you can never go wrong with gel it looks good by itself. I had a 12:30 appt, and didnt get them started for almost a hour after. I asked for a v shaped design (as seen in photos) and I got nothing like that. I asked the lady before she started doing my nails if this was something that she could do and she said yes, I would've very much appreciated it if she knew that she couldn't do it and just told me so I could have picked out a different design or a different style or color that I wanted. It took her quite a bit to do the acrylic and filed but most people it does take a while to do so I'm not really upset about it, but the whole time she was doing my nails she was getting distracted by other people and continuously looking away in the middle of filing them... And cut part of my skin and when I jumped all she said was 'you scared me' . I understand that accidents happen but I personally think that if she's in the middle of doing someone's nails she shouldn't be looking away are other things going on in the store especially when she's using a power tool on my nails. A few of my nails are lumpy and the sides have no paint as well as I got my nails done less than 24 hours ago and they already look grown out. I recently moved to this area, & needed to get a fill. I have been here now 4 times since Oct 2015. Each time I have been treated ruder than the last! Tonight was the last straw! Every time they push the gel polish.. I usually decline, tonight, because of their short supply of polish, I decided to try it. The girl who was supposed to be helping me was acting like she was put out because I was having a hard time deciding on a color, ,,When I did...her reply in a snide sounding response was " If that's what you want. .." I sit down, get settled, try to make small talk, she doesn't answer me..she starts a conversation with the other clerk, ,,in hmong,,,never talks t o me,,,is rough with my hands while removing the old polish. .. I pulled back because she hurt my sore finger, (broken nail)..Very snotty she said I have to charge you extra for the broken nail.... By now I'm pissed off at the lack of customer service and rudeness and the pain, ,,I said no, you should have told me upfront, and besides you're being rough and rude!..She said something to the other clerk again in hmong, and she came over, said they have to charge me, I was done! I visited this nail salon for a pedicure last weekend. When my mom and I walked in, we were the only customers in the salon and we immediately sat down to start our pedicures. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the Spa Pedicure and I accepted. Shortly after they started our pedicures, they got a rush of other customers. Within 20 minutes they were finished with my pedicure and I have to say that that is the quickest and most pathetic pedicure I have ever received. It was not my fault that they got a rush of customers and only had 2 people working. I still don't know what was "Spa" about my pedicure and they barely even took the time to trim my nails much less give me the "Spa" extra massage. This was my first and last time ever visiting this spa and if this is their usual routine, I don't understand how they stay in business. read more

I have been a customer for a long time and I always tip well. However, I am seriously considering going somewhere else. I paid full-price for a pedicure from Van who had an attitude that can only be described as "surly." She didn't even massage my legs and the whole thing was over in 20 minutes. She also kept calling me "honey". I am a professional businesswoman and don't appreciate being called "honey" by anyone! I am super disappointed that despite being a loyal customer and good tipper, I was handed off to Van. She has a horrible attitude and does not care if she gives anyone good customer service. It is a shame because I know that Tammy and Tony work hard, but this is not the first time I have been shuffled off to someone. The owner of this place, Tammy, is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my lifetime. My Mother received a gift certificate for this place and she went to use it a few days before she was going on her trip to Las Vegas. She got a manicure and a pedicure. The very next day all her polish on her nails had chipped off. We happen to be in Wal mart that day so i encouraged her to go over and say something to them. First and foremost, the guy who did them acted like he didnt remember her and he for sure wasnt the one who did them. It wasnt until My Mom reminded him of there conversation of where he used to live and where he lives now, when indeed he was still in denial. Then this Tammy gal who I believe is the owner, had to put her rude two cents in and she was very very rude and not one time did they volunteer to make it right. They were still in denial!!!! To top it off, I asked her for her business card, she said she didnt have one, then asked for her name and she said, I dont have to give you my name!!" Who runs a business with that kind of rude customer service?? My advice to anyone considering this place to get your nails done is, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
