We move here from Bay Area. We start to explore which salon will great us good. We went to your salon as our first visit. Unfortunately it's first and last for me. I will continue to explore other salon. Pro: they are friendly, give discounted, good hospitality. Con: My husband and I have pedicures and I have manicure. They didn't doing great with massage on me. It was very rough and harsh on my skin to massage. I got bruise on my arm that show finger spots on my arm. That guy pull my all fingers by swap fingers that make me feel uncomfortable with my fingers. Next day my all fingers are swell and I could not move well without any painful. That guy who does my nails, he didn't doing good job. 1)That guy cut my real nail in square style without ask me what kind shapes that I want. I told him no way I prefer oval and my real nail is shorter due to his cut square without asking first. 2)I notice that it was not complete on my both thumb they have to redo and said I have to move my thumb to ray of gel. 3)My all fingers' cuticle show very red, they trim it tooo deep that show red on my skin. 4) my nail split a lot after few days which is not normal for me to clean up and trim the split so many. My going nail salon in Bay Area is one of best and did great that don't need to redo ray on my thumbs. And didn't cause red cuticles on my skin and rarely to have nail split. So. This salon is not right for me. read more

So happy that the business has been sold to a lovely family. As always a very warm welcome, the team is so friendly and kind. Everyone is so talented there and their prices are reasonable. I asked for a green nail today with a cats eye just on one nail. Once I saw the process I got ALL nails done. Next time I will try the crome. read more

So I went to this salon because last time I got my nails done at another salon they were chipping, bending and just a mess. I came in and this place look BRAND NEW! All the chairs and equipment look brand new! I got an acrylic fill and a gel pedicure and both were perfect. The man who did my nails was gentle and really detail oriented. They did my nails and toes at the same time so it didn't take long and everyone was so friendly! Right now they have a promotion of 20% off all services so it's a great time to go. It's only my first time here but I would highly recommend! read more

1st time great pedicure, 2nd time not so much, barely any massage to my legs which is what I specifically ask for, I even offered to pay more. Lasted less than a half hour. Very disappointing. read more

This was the second time the person doing my pedicure was busy with something on his phone while he was doing my pedicure. We were greatly over charged. We got 2 of the classic pedicures, supposedly $35.00 each. We were charged $87.93. There was no breakdown in any fees or taxes. I guys we won't be going back there again. read more

Very poorly maintained, visibly unclean with poor hygiene practices People are friendly their tools, color options, service options are ample, would pay more for clean and safe read more

I had the opportunity to have my nails done by Chris, the salon owner. He was very kind and sociable. He did an impeccable job with my nails, this is my favorite set by far. The acrylic was laid so thin and nicely. Absolutely no bumps whatsoever so ever. During my time there we talked about his business and passion for doing nails. If you are wondering or curious about this salon, I hope you give it a chance because Chris does a beautiful job! read more

I tried this place for the first time on Friday and it was fine and the guy who did my nails was super nice but I'm very upset with how my nails turned out. They're way too long and look honestly horrible. Especially for paying $75 for them. Color is terrible ,shape is terrible, and nothing like what I asked for. Do not recommend. read more

They do a pretty good job but don't bother calling to make an appointment because they will make it and then not take you at your scheduled appointment. They will take while walks in the door, first come first serve. So disappointing. read more

I made appointments for 3 gel manicures and a full set a week and a half ago. When I arrived to my appointment the one person that does acrylics was with someone else. After waiting almost an hour the 3 gel manicures were finished and I was left without my nails done. I'm so disappointed and wondered what the point was in making an appointment. I will not be going here again! read more

I sat there for three hours getting my nails done, it took about 20 minutes on each hand just to get the paint off. She then proceeded to put the acrylic on and took FOREVER. She painted them and there was bubbles and everything so I got them done by the other guy that does nails and claims he owns the shop. And they came out better. Point blank horrible service and horrible customer service he yelled at a customer about how he's the only one that does nails and was getting angry at her. WILL NOT be going there again. read more

Amazing atmosphere, the people are so nice and caring! The only place I will go from here on out. They do a amazing job every time with my nails. If you have to wait to get your nails done please wait for them because it will be worth it. If your not sure because it's not your go to spot and you go somewhere else but need them done please go because you won't go anywhere else after that I can promise you that!! read more

This place was awful. My mom and daughter made an appointment for manicures and pedicures and arrived early for their appointment. They were not seated until well after their appointment time but that was only the beginning of the nightmare. My daughter (a soft spoken 15 year old) was getting acrylics done and kept trying to ask the nail stylist to make her nails shorter but the lady would not listen not matter how many times my daughter asked. My mom watched on from across the salon as my daughter was trying to hold back tears, fearing the possibility of embarrassing my daughter my mother didn't want to say anything or speak up on her behalf in front of everyone at the salon. If you're doing someone's nails, HAVE THE COURTESY TO LISTEN TO HOW THEY WOULD LIKE THEM SHAPED AND SIZED, whether the client is 3 years old or 99 years old LISTEN as this is a reflection of your business. My daughter came home in tears with crooked nails and bloody cuticles after a stressful visit. Isn't a salon visit supposed to be relaxing and pampering? My mom had a better experience but her nails, too, are crooked and very flawed. For $125 you would think at least ONE of them could've been satisfied but both were left unhappy with the final product even after trying to speak up and ask for what they wanted. Shame on this place, I understand that you are just trying to get as many people done as possible everyday but you're sacrificing quality and (ultimately) business as we will not be back. The price is way too high for the lack of quality and professionalism, as there are plenty of competition in the area that would've listened to my soft spoken daughter without having left her in tears afterward. read more

I'm so torn. I've been waiting for a while to post this to process my feelings about this place. I had a wonderful pedicure. My nail tech was amazing. My issue is after our group of 4 was done, the nail tech that worked on my friend was sitting against the wall (the one that's decorated with the flowers, not that it matters, just setting the scene so you can picture this)... PICKING HIS NOSE AND EATING IT. I told the gentleman who seemed to be in charge, but I don't know if he understood (I was trying to be discreet) or if he cared. Infection control is one of the first things they teach you in beauty college. I know because I'm a beauty school dropout. We are in a freaking pandemic and this is just super concerning. read more

I will never go to this place again. I spent 100. On a pedi and have given this place so many chances and only 1 time has it been great. Every other time I leave so upset wanting to cry. 100 dollars is ALOT of money for a pedi, and I expect it to be 100 dollars worth.. this last time the lady literally just barely rubbed the lotion in, she skipped a whole bunch of parts of the pedi, literally rubbed my legs for 3 mins TOTAL, and she wasn't rubbing it was more like whipping the lotion on. I'm so upset and I will NEVER go back here read more

Have been going here since they opened. It was great for awhile. Now the price has gone up each time I go. I always make an appointment but still seem like they are rushing to get my nails done. Not feeling like my appointment/time matters and if I want my nails short they still do it to the length they want. Just not the same quality of work I was getting. read more
