All the chairs and equipment look brand new! I got an acrylic fill and a gel pedicure and both were perfect. The man who did my nails was gentle and really detail oriented. This place was awful. My mom and daughter made an appointment for manicures and pedicures and arrived early for their appointment. They were not seated until well after their appointment time but that was only the beginning of the nightmare. My daughter (a soft spoken 15 year old) was getting acrylics done and kept trying to ask the nail stylist to make her nails shorter but the lady would not listen not matter how many times my daughter asked. My mom watched on from across the salon as my daughter was trying to hold back tears, fearing the possibility of embarrassing my daughter my mother didn't want to say anything or speak up on her behalf in front of everyone at the salon. If you're doing someone's nails, HAVE THE COURTESY TO LISTEN TO HOW THEY WOULD LIKE THEM SHAPED AND SIZED, whether the client is 3 years old or 99 years old LISTEN as this is a reflection of your business. My daughter came home in tears with crooked nails and bloody cuticles after a stressful visit. Isn't a salon visit supposed to be relaxing and pampering? My mom had a better experience but her nails, too, are crooked and very flawed. For $125 you would think at least ONE of them could've been satisfied but both were left unhappy with the final product even after trying to speak up and ask for what they wanted. Shame on this place, I understand that you are just trying to get as many people done as possible everyday but you're sacrificing quality and (ultimately) business as we will not be back. The price is way too high for the lack of quality and professionalism, as there are plenty of competition in the area that would've listened to my soft spoken daughter without having left her in tears afterward. read more

I'm so torn. I've been waiting for a while to post this to process my feelings about this place. I had a wonderful pedicure. My nail tech was amazing. My issue is after our group of 4 was done, the nail tech that worked on my friend was sitting against the wall (the one that's decorated with the flowers, not that it matters, just setting the scene so you can picture this)... PICKING HIS NOSE AND EATING IT. I told the gentleman who seemed to be in charge, but I don't know if he understood (I was trying to be discreet) or if he cared. Infection control is one of the first things they teach you in beauty college. I know because I'm a beauty school dropout. We are in a freaking pandemic and this is just super concerning. read more

I will never go to this place again. I spent 100. On a pedi and have given this place so many chances and only 1 time has it been great. Every other time I leave so upset wanting to cry. 100 dollars is ALOT of money for a pedi, and I expect it to be 100 dollars worth.. this last time the lady literally just barely rubbed the lotion in, she skipped a whole bunch of parts of the pedi, literally rubbed my legs for 3 mins TOTAL, and she wasn't rubbing it was more like whipping the lotion on. She had put my acrylic on and started the paint then completely stopped what she was doing and starting gathering supplies and taking them out to her car leaving me there this point it was 11:10. This place looks really pretty but the down fall is it is a front. The tools are not clean and they do not sanitize as they go. They share tools from the pedis to the mani stations. On top of that they over glue and over sand. Inconsistent on the nails it's to bad because the place looks amazing. They're were very nice people but they really need to SANITIZE WAY BETTER. read more
