Last visit, I felt like I had to and the facial expression I received was disheartening. I could tell she was frustrated, but I can literally see the old polish around the edges of my toenails. I will likely not return. Cons: They have not removed all the previous polish and I feel like the rush through the steps of the pedicure. I currently have bright pink polish on my toes and you can see the previous blue color along the edges. It seems each time I go there are less color options. The nails of the color samples available keep decreasing. Pros: They do have newer, nice massage chairs and they have updated the inside in the last few years. They do offer a mimosa or bottle water. Most times, they do not try to upsell and the pricing has been mostly consistent.

All the chairs and equipment look brand new! I got an acrylic fill and a gel pedicure and both were perfect. The man who did my nails was gentle and really detail oriented. They did my nails and toes at the same time so it didn't take long and everyone was so friendly! Right now they have a promotion of 20% off all services so it's a great time to go. Then we moved onto a dip, french manicure which I dobt think she knew how to do because there was alot of discussion about it as she was starting. Then a 30 something man came in and she got up and he sat down and proceeded to finish my manicure and I was treated horribly. He insisted I relax very aggressively and said the f' word at me a few times and after screwing up my nails he got up and stormed off. I literally sat there dumbfounded. The older man ended up coming over and fixing and finished my nails. No one explained anything, no one apologized. It was the worst. I will never go there again. I literally felt absued by the man.
