Obviously being a girl I get my toes done all the time and in this case my big toe came out lumpy... as if the polish kept building up and wasn't brushed down to the cuticle. Basically not smooth or have the look of a finished product. When expressing my concern she told me it was my nail. However, this has never been an issue in my life before...especially on my big toe which is the most obvious. Ive been three times to this salon. All three times my nails have fallen off within a week. I don't know if it's the product they use but I'm not hard enough on my nails for them to be falling off so easy. This has never happened to me anywhere else. Do not recommend. read more

I called to ask if they had time to take in a pedicure. They said yes. I said I would be there in 20. She agreed. When I got there, I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. Due to the wait, even though I called, I had to leave before my toes were painted to make it to another appointment. If they would have said they were busy, that would have been fine. I could have chosen another salon. I went back to finish the pedicure and of course had another wait. Also, the lady who did my toes spent more time watching America's Got Talent than paying attention to the service she was providing. I would not recommend this salon. read more

This is my usually place I go. Bebe always soaks my nails to get Arctic off my NATURE NAILS. she recommended a tip because my nails had salt water residue, , so I agreed. Instead of soaking the acrylic off, she cut them with nail clippers from the top, then continue to cut the from a angle from the bed of my nail, when she got enough off, she took a FAKE NAIL TIP!, wedged it between my nature nail and the acrylic and forced them off! Leaving my nature nails damaged, torn, bleeding and all because she was in a hurry. I was shocked! After she realized she was hurting me, she apologized. Excuse me! I said was not ok, it hurts and please just finished taking them off, then I am leaving. So she continues to do the same process, as before of pulling off. So I left frustrated! I do not recommend this place! read more

I won't be returning to this nail place. My pedicure was not worth the money I paid. The guy didn't even file my toenails after cutting them. The soak was short lived and my feet are dryer than before I went. I saw another customer that paid for the same thing get better service. read more

This salon was highly recommended to me by a co-worker. I've been going here for several months now. I love Cathy my pedi technician. When she's not there it's not the same. I am not a fan of the male techs as each time they are sanding off my polish they nick my left foot big toe and it starts to bleed. They apologize but not the same. Cathy did nick me once. I like dips for my mani. I adore the colors they offer, I've had Red glitter, Purple glitter, Blue Glitter as well. I love my sparkle. One of the men techs touched one of my nails before it was dry seeing if my nails were dry enough to let me go, and he left his print on my nails. Not good. My co-worker went here and she was very disappointed as she had an appt and the messed that up so she went somewhere else and I followed her but was disappointed with the other salon. I will go back to this place go get my nails redone and probably end up getting a broken nail fixed with a tip. read more

I wish I could give them no star. I went in to get my toe nails gone. I told them I wanted the$40 package. The girl took upon herself to up grade what I asked to the $50 package. Horrible experience. Went in for mani pedi for myself, my daughter, and my fiancée. It was my fiancees first time. They tried to upsell us to higher packages, which we declined, then when we chose no gel, they acted upset. The kid mani pedi said $30 on the menu. After we said we were getting basic services for the adults, they said my daughters services were $32. I said ok. Then they said sorry, we meant $35. I said ok. They finished my toes and said ok, go pay. I said wait, you didn't do our nails. They acted confused and then didn't offer to do them. They did paint my daughter nails while she was in the pedi chair but didn't soak, clean, push cuticles or anything. Her paint job was sloppy. Horrible service for $98. read more
