Regal at Hamilton Mill made our 3D movie night special. The Lilo & Stitch experience was enhanced by a clean environment, courteous staff at concessions, and some solid club discounts. Comfortable and well-run theater--will be back!

Fellow Yelper, Bonnie M., hit it right on the nose - Sunday night was a perfect time to come to this theater. I was a little skeptical when I found out there was no reserved seating at this Regal location yet, but then I found out there was no need for it. Absolutely no lines and we only had about 13 other souls watching the Impractical Jokers movie with us in a huge theater with tons of seating. My only wish was that they had recliner seats like many others locations, but my other half and I were still comfortable during our hour and a half long film. The prices here are actually a little more than our Maui Regal back home, which we were surprised at, but being members we at least got our free ticket that we earned through the Crown rewards program. The large drink we got was pretty huge, and the pretzel bites were cooked just right. There's plenty of parking and a pretty big in-theater arcade, if you wanna kill some time before your movie. I like that they didn't make a fuss about me bringing my tote bag in too, unlike some other theaters. Conveniently located near tons of restaurants, a Publix, and a Walmart, you can easily grab food before or after your movie if you're hungry. I must say this was also the cleanest theater I've ever been in - EVER! Lol...Most likely because it's not as busy as some, but I'm glad they take pride in the place and don't get lazy just because there are not as many customers coming through. I have no complaints aside from the lack of recliners. It was a very relaxing atmosphere to come see a movie in. I would definitely come out of my way to see a movie here again. Great job, Regal at Hamilton Mill!

Seats are nice.......prices are not........wait i'm just old and cranky

The Great Escape movie theatre is a wonderful local theatre to escape the maddening crowd of The Mall of Georgia theaters. I've been here many times and have always had a good experience it is rarely overcrowded and very clean, only a couple years old. While it doesn't have all the movies of the mega theaters it's selection is good and current, typically 10 or so movies are shown. Prices of movies are getting out of hand. This theatre offers free showings of older released kids movies weekday mornings during summer.

On my way to the movie one of my favorite places to be and Sunday night with my family

The atmosphere at the Hamilton cinema is one of a kind. If you're seeking a quiet place to watch a movie, never crowded this is the place for you to be on a Sunday night.

Shortly after the film began, a guest seated in Row A was repeatedly using her phone at full brightness to text, browse social media, and scroll through various apps. The light was distracting to both myself and other moviegoers. I went to Guest Services and politely asked if an employee could speak with the guest about phone usage during the film. I returned to my seat, and approximately 40 minutes later the guest was still using her phone. While the brightness had been lowered, the phone remained visible and distracting. I left the auditorium a second time and encountered the manager on duty, a shorter man with curly hair whose name I unfortunately do not recall. I am sure his identity can be verified through the schedule for that evening. I asked whether he had spoken with the guest. He informed me that he had not and stated that people should be expected to use their phones during a movie. He also said that he had only seen the guest check her phone twice and therefore did not consider it a significant issue. I explained that the phone use had been ongoing and asked if he would please address it. During our conversation, he repeatedly refused to take any action and told me to return to my seat. At one point, he stated that he would need to "catch them in the act" before speaking to them, which contradicted his earlier statement that he had observed the guest using her phone. I then asked whether he intended to do anything about the situation. When he said no, I explained that while I could speak to the guest myself, I would prefer that an employee handle the matter. He responded by accusing me of escalating the situation, even though I was simply requesting that the theater's policies be enforced. The most concerning part of the interaction occurred when he stated that he could tell I had been drinking and that I wanted to escalate the situation. This accusation was completely unfounded. I had consumed a single mixed drink purchased at the theater's bar nearly an hour earlier and was not intoxicated. I found the comment inappropriate, unprofessional, and unnecessary. At that point, I ended the conversation and walked away specifically to avoid further conflict. I waited in the lobby and later spoke with the manager again. During that conversation, I asked about AMC's policy regarding phone usage in auditoriums. He told me that phones were allowed, which appears to contradict AMC's long-standing efforts to provide distraction-free movie experiences. As a result of these interactions, I missed a significant portion of the film. While the original issue was a guest using a phone during the movie, my primary concern is the manager's handling of the situation. Rather than addressing a reasonable complaint, he dismissed the concern, refused to take action, contradicted himself during our conversation, and made inappropriate assumptions about me personally. I have attended many screenings at this location over the years and have generally had positive experiences. For that reason, this interaction stood out as particularly disappointing. I hope AMC will review this incident and provide additional training or coaching regarding guest relations and conflict resolution. I had to cut down the original video or Yelp, but please let me know if you'd like the full thing. Thank you for your time.

I was expecting a super low-budget experience but that was not it at all. I was so pleased at this theater that this will definitely be my go-to theater from now on. The place was so clean and fresh that I assumed they had just opened, but it seems they've been open for several years. I went on a Tuesday, and was thrilled at the $6 ticket. Popcorn was also super cheap. I think I paid $23 for ticket, popcorn and drink. A bargain! The popcorn was fresh and crisp. I gobbled it up. The seats were super comfy with no ripped seats. The only thing I didn't like was the handicapped seating (I needed it this particular day) was at the back of the theater. As a member of the short-girl society, it was a little challenging to see over the seats. The next time I go I won't need that seating, so I'll be fine, but I'd imagine someone who needed it might find it challenging as well.

NCG does free or super cheap kids' tickets during the summer, which is such a great deal--perfect for keeping little ones entertained without breaking the bank. The theater is always clean, the reclining seats are super comfy, and the unlimited popcorn and drinks are a big win (especially with kids who love refills). Even the bathrooms are clean, which is not always the case at movie theaters! If you're in the Brookhaven area, this is definitely a solid spot for an easy, fun movie night.

I was here to watch the recent release of Wuthering Heights, and my viewing experience was great! The quality felt much better than a typical AMC. I will say are a bit squished if you're looking for comfort over style. They were only a few in the theater that I watched my film, and as you'd expect they could recline or have much room to stretch your legs out in. Luckily, this wasn't a necessity for me, but if you'd like to make yourself at home, be warned. The price for a small popcorn was a pretty standard seven dollars. I didn't get to look at the rest of their offering, but it seems they had traditional movie concessions. Overall, love the vibe of this theater and hold definitely be back!
