This has happened to us more than once, but the most recent issue involve the fuel filter for a 2025 freightliner. I provided the van and still received the wrong part. After realizing it would not fit I called their parts call center. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke with their actually took the time to investigate the issue. He explained that for whatever reason the factory parts information has not fully caught up with the 2025 model and that the listed fuel filter can be a mismatch. He was able to give me an alternative part number that would actually fit the truck. When I returned to Carson location, the employee at the register was extremely dismissive. I have to specifically ask for a manager and then explain to the manager what their own call center representative had already figured out. Even then, there was a little reluctance to issue the refund. They also claimed the filter had been caught" used I installed it in good faith because I have been given the part number based on my VIN and was told they was correct. Of course the fuel filter may get a little oily during the attempted installation, but it was never actually used in service. Eventually they agreed to refund it, but after reviewing everything when I got home, it appears I may have only received a partial refund. For a business like The Tire Guy our service truck need to be ready and available to work the downtime caused by given the incorrect part and not once but repeatedly is costly and frustrating. My advice, double check every part number yourself even if they look it up using your VIN based on our recent experiences, I would highly recommend trying another velocity location or another park supplier altogether

I bought a truck from HBR trucking company located in Wilmington , they were really nice to me…read moreintel they took my money the truck is No good and he refuse to pay for repairs , when I bought the Peter belt for top dollars I pulled from the lot after making it down the street black smoke was coming out the back pipes , I turned around and took the truck right back to let them know and to see the smoke himself , he told me to leave the truck and he will fix it , he kept the truck for about a couple of weeks , he said it was the exhaust filter and he fixed it , I had the truck sitting in my yard for almost one year never drove it still have the same miles as purchased. when I took it to the mechanic they took the exhaust filter off and said they were no good and said they were never fixed HBR trucking Mickey moused my truck to stop it from smoking and that's it but HBR Trucking said they changed the exhaust filter I spent over 5,000 dollars in repairs on this truck when I went Back to HBR Trucking to let them know how much repairs I had to do on the truck they all was very unprofessional and rude , there were several people I came in contact with that witness the same thing I wish I would have known some one that bought a truck from HBR Trucking in Wilmington , wouldn't never bought a truck from HBR Trucking in Wilmington if you are looking for a good truck go straight to Peter belt in Pico Rivera very professional people and they live up to there business don't buy a Truck from here you will regret it these people sale nothing but Lemons . please pass the word to every hard working truck driver that is out looking for a good running truck Don't buy from HBR trucking in Wilmington . The company called yesterday to verify hours for the delivery, this was a pallet delivery and 345lbs so we had to arrange for people to help bring it inside of our business. The delivery time is literally written on the DOL for 10am-1pm or 3pm-6pm, we got numerous calls from the driver at 6:45AM stating they were at our business to deliver. Our staff is only available during the times we gave them and those times are also posted on our door as we are a member only access 24 hour gym. Thankfully a member let the delivery driver in to drop off the crate, but of course they left all the way on the other side of where we would have had them drop it off had they delivered when they were supposed to. We paid hundreds of dollars for this delivery and confirmed it the day before, then instead of coming back when they were supposed to as it was written on the DOL so he could get a signature they just left it. And then told my member "We're just going to leave it outside of the gym if no-one is here to sign for it," in what world is that ok? So fast forward to I now had to ask my movers to come in early as this giant pallet couldn't sit in my lobby all morning, and then I contacted the driver 2 hours after they dropped off and asked to email the DOL. Which is fine, but then called AGAIN and hour later and then his coordinator called AGAIN asking why I hadn't sent it in yet? And when I explained it was delivered it at the incorrect time so unfortunately I have to re-arrange my day so you will have to wait until I have a few minutes to do that, his response was "wow". We didn't have a choice in the shipping of this item but I will tell you if we order anything else and they are the carrier we will order from another vendor to avoid using them. We all have jobs to do and I get mistakes happen but when your mistake causes my day to be turned upside down be a professional.

They should deport this guy ASAP. The BG story is I bought a 49" ultra-wide Samsung G9 Odyssey pc monitor which was defective. Samsung agreed to exchange it but it took 2 months of phone calls & multiple headaches to get them to actually send a replacement & they even closed my service request 2x's w/o resolving the issue. This monitor is huge (the size & weight of a tv) so it's not as easy as packing it up in box & mailing it back out for replacement. After 2 months of waiting w/ multiple delays my replacement monitor is finally ready to be delivered & KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics screws everything up. I never get any details or instructions on how the monitor exchange/delivery process works. KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics expects me to wait all day for them & tells me I have to package up the old huge/heavy monitor before they arrive all w/o knowing what condition the replacement will be in. KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics had the wrong phone number for me and then their joke of an employee named Udai starts yelling at me about them having them having an incorrect phone number. Hey asshole, I don't know why you don't have the wrong phone number, but that's an KW International/AIT Worldwide Logistics issue on your end, don't yell at me about your screw up. Then Udai yells at me that they don't deliver on weekends (ok fine) and then refuses my right to choose a time slot for a weekday. Also, i have a job & I need a monitor to do my job; I can't wait all day for my delivery nor can I box up a 49" monitor w/o some help & it's unreasonable to ask me to do so last minute w/o any advanced notice or fore mentioned exchange procedure instructions. Furthermore, I'd like to be sure the replacement I get works & is better condition than what I have before sending the old unit back. At this point I'm fed up w/ the way I'm being treated & Udai's tone & lack of understanding, so I tell him that there are business laws & procedures that needs to be followed & that he's just a 3rd party delivery person & that he has no say on what Samsung told me about their own exchange process; Udai then hangs up on me. I have to call him back & he lectures me & was extremely rude & then he told me I have no right to inspect the delivery nor will he wait for me to do so; and that I must accept & sign for the package w/o inspecting it or knowing if it's damaged or not. SAMSUNG LITERALLY TOLD ME I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO INSPECT THE DELIVERY & NOT SIGN FOR IT/REFUSE IT SHOULD IT NOT BE TO MY LIKING - YET SOME NOBODY AT KW INTERNATIONAL/AIT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS NAMED UDAI IS HAVING A POWER TRIP & THINKS HE CAN CIRCUMVENT MY CONSUMER RIGHTS & SAMSUNG'S OWN POLICY. I let them know I was a cash buyer and they said they would work with me for a good experience. Even told them it would be an early birthday present. They never said anything about anyone having interest on the vehicle or anyone else being involved with the car leading me to believe I would be able to test Drive and purchase. This was all within less than 6 days of having communication, scheduling day to test drive, and possibly purchase. Day or scheduled appointment I call to check in to which they notify the car was already sold. Overall entire experience left me very disappointed especially after voicing so much interest on the car. Wouldn't recommend Service.
