I wouldn't even give this company one star. Now I usually handle all details but to get the job done right the owner took the truck to be fixed. The prices are not as competitive if u drive alittle further however we gave it a shot. The owner was quoted one week to complete repair. So I booked his loads a week and a half later to give leeway. A simple repair took two weeks and my client lost 8.5k in bookings as a result. Even though the owner was courteous and had no choice to wait and loose income. He went picked his truck up 3weeks later than promised cut a business check and left. Shortly after I noticed his account had been hacked let him know and he went to pay for what he could till the bank released funds after which was more than half of the bill and the company s accounting lady was very unprofessional rude and in addition the issues to be fixed failed and we had to go to another shop to remedy the poor work they did. Please beware and do not go to this establishment it appears they processed a few times and alerted fraud no one needs to loose money get hacked be mistreated and have the repairs fail this company is a complete disgrace to owner operators that depend on bookings to survive now once again we have to have the truck serviced and are loosing yet another week. My client was told he was not taking initiative when in actuality it is the other way around in the state of California my client has rights one of them is to have his truck repaired properly for payment two when things go wrong as they do u have the right to continually make payment in good faith till a compromised account is remedied. Next there's a loss of wages due to the disrespect of this company who services the owner operator community. So I would not give one star the service is horrible the communication is awe full about the status of your truck or what u can do about I'll mannered work but great at harassing you which also is illegal in California. This has been the worst experience I've had with any service center -- not just once, but four…read moretimes in a row. As a business owner, I completely understand that a company needs to generate income. What I don't agree with is charging for services that were not completed or properly performed. I gave Velocity Truck Centers multiple chances, but it's clear now that the focus is on billing, not genuinely helping the customer. Here's a summary of what I've experienced: First Visit: After service, my truck displayed a maintenance alert within 100 miles. I was told they simply forgot to reset the service timer. I let it slide -- mistakes happen. Second Visit: They forgot to replace the engine oil cap. The truck arrived at my warehouse leaking oil everywhere. When I opened the hood, it was a mess. To their credit, they towed the truck back, pressure washed it, and installed a new cap. Third Visit: I brought the truck in due to an oil cooler leak. My mechanic had diagnosed it and even provided photos and videos. But I was later told it was just a hose, not the oil cooler, and since that wasn't covered by warranty, I got billed for diagnostics. Two weeks later, the truck was still leaking. When I brought it back, even the supervisor acknowledged the leak. Fourth Visit: Due to the leak, the technician said there might be contamination in the DEF tank. I approved inspection verbally. Later, I was told there was no contamination -- which is great -- but again, I received another diagnostic bill. I requested a refund for the original diagnostic error, but they refused, claiming the technician just didn't detect the leak the first time. At this point, it's clear to me that billing is the priority here, not customer service or doing the job right the first time. I've spoken to a supervisor on-site, but no real progress has ever been made. I have documentation and proof of all the issues. I assume they do as well -- unless someone internally is not doing their part. I truly hope someone higher up takes a serious look at how this location is operating. Customers deserve better than to be repeatedly overcharged for subpar service.

I bought a truck from HBR trucking company located in Wilmington , they were really nice to me…read moreintel they took my money the truck is No good and he refuse to pay for repairs , when I bought the Peter belt for top dollars I pulled from the lot after making it down the street black smoke was coming out the back pipes , I turned around and took the truck right back to let them know and to see the smoke himself , he told me to leave the truck and he will fix it , he kept the truck for about a couple of weeks , he said it was the exhaust filter and he fixed it , I had the truck sitting in my yard for almost one year never drove it still have the same miles as purchased. when I took it to the mechanic they took the exhaust filter off and said they were no good and said they were never fixed HBR trucking Mickey moused my truck to stop it from smoking and that's it but HBR Trucking said they changed the exhaust filter I spent over 5,000 dollars in repairs on this truck when I went Back to HBR Trucking to let them know how much repairs I had to do on the truck they all was very unprofessional and rude , there were several people I came in contact with that witness the same thing I wish I would have known some one that bought a truck from HBR Trucking in Wilmington , wouldn't never bought a truck from HBR Trucking in Wilmington if you are looking for a good truck go straight to Peter belt in Pico Rivera very professional people and they live up to there business don't buy a Truck from here you will regret it these people sale nothing but Lemons . please pass the word to every hard working truck driver that is out looking for a good running truck Don't buy from HBR trucking in Wilmington . The company called yesterday to verify hours for the delivery, this was a pallet delivery and 345lbs so we had to arrange for people to help bring it inside of our business. The delivery time is literally written on the DOL for 10am-1pm or 3pm-6pm, we got numerous calls from the driver at 6:45AM stating they were at our business to deliver. Our staff is only available during the times we gave them and those times are also posted on our door as we are a member only access 24 hour gym. Thankfully a member let the delivery driver in to drop off the crate, but of course they left all the way on the other side of where we would have had them drop it off had they delivered when they were supposed to. We paid hundreds of dollars for this delivery and confirmed it the day before, then instead of coming back when they were supposed to as it was written on the DOL so he could get a signature they just left it. And then told my member "We're just going to leave it outside of the gym if no-one is here to sign for it," in what world is that ok? So fast forward to I now had to ask my movers to come in early as this giant pallet couldn't sit in my lobby all morning, and then I contacted the driver 2 hours after they dropped off and asked to email the DOL. Which is fine, but then called AGAIN and hour later and then his coordinator called AGAIN asking why I hadn't sent it in yet? And when I explained it was delivered it at the incorrect time so unfortunately I have to re-arrange my day so you will have to wait until I have a few minutes to do that, his response was "wow". We didn't have a choice in the shipping of this item but I will tell you if we order anything else and they are the carrier we will order from another vendor to avoid using them. We all have jobs to do and I get mistakes happen but when your mistake causes my day to be turned upside down be a professional.
