I had a disappointing experience with a cashier during my recent visit to AutoZone…read more When I approached the register, the cashier seemed uninterested in assisting customers and was engaged in a conversation with a coworker instead of focusing on the checkout process. During the transaction, he openly complained about his manager, specifically mentioning that his manager had repeatedly told him to put his phone away. He went on to say that he had no intention of following those instructions and would simply wait for the manager to walk away before taking his phone back out and continuing to use it. This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This took place on Tuesday, 6/16/26, between 5:00-5:30pm at Register 4.

I'm not sure where to start. Let's start with the fact that Tyler and his team at 4WPs came…read morethrough for me big time. I dont often write reviews on Yelp, but they deserve one. My story wont do this review justice, but about 6 months ago, i came to 4WPs to hopefully find a closer offroad shop to get work done. I needed new brakes, and they found a few things that needed to be legit replaced (tie rod and control arm rebuild). The team at 4WPs replaced my teraflex big brake kit up from and my OEM in the rear. I was happy, until i kept noticing a squeel from the brakes when I would stop. Low and behold, i had a bent axel. I asked the service manager if replacing this would remove the annoying squeel, and he assured me yes. So, i went ahead and did some research, and it sounded like this would be the fix, so I had them do it. After i got it back, everything seemed fine, but i noticed a squeel in the brakes above 40mph. I chatted quite often with Tyler about this and he asked me to drive a bit more, so I did. It didnt help, and 4WPs immediately brought me in to look again. Determined to find the issue, Tyler contacted a few of the stores, and a few offroad shops he knows. One person suggested a special high temp grease, but it would take another day to get in. I said that works, but it does put me out a bit. I am so glad I was patient, because the noise from the brakes is 100% gone!! Carlos the service manager, and Tyler the store manager went above and beyond to help me (a very frustrated customer) and really showed that they want to do things the right way. I am 100% satisfied with how Tyler treated me. They have won over me for any future business. Thank you so much! Mike

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your Gardena store. My…read morename is Mher Papilla, and my phone number for order inquiries is 310-753-3625. Two weeks ago, I attended the 4WP event at the Ontario Convention Center and made a significant purchase from your sales representative. I was convinced that they were the experts and spent $10,500 on the installation. Despite being promised that someone would contact me in a few days to schedule the installation at the Gardena store, I was not contacted until two weeks later, on the original order date. When I finally called the store, I was scheduled for installation. I brought my truck to the Gardena store and left it overnight, but no one contacted me for an update, and the store was already closed. I went onsite and spoke to an employee, requesting more time to complete the installation. Around 7 pm, I received a phone call informing me that my truck was ready. However, I was unable to inspect the work due to the late hour and darkness. I even gave the technician a $100 tip for their work. Upon returning home the next morning, I discovered that both of my rear fox suspension components were damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who apologized and offered to fix it. He arranged for a replacement and even called me to inform me that the wheels (which should have been included in the original order) were ready. I am unsure why they were not included. The manager assured me that Friday would be the day for the installation, but no one called me again. This is a second instance of poor customer service. Additionally, my skid plate was not reinstalled on my truck because the screws were too short. I had informed them from the beginning of the installation that they were the experts and should take the initiative to fix the issue. I expected them to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Why did they not sell me the long bolts necessary to fix the problem? What is a few dollars for long bolts when I have already spent $10,500? I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience I had with your company. The sales representative failed to fulfill my order for method ring wheels, resulting in poor installation and a lack of communication regarding the installation and follow-up orders. I wasted my time visiting your store multiple times, which could have been avoided if the issue had been resolved promptly. I also noticed that I do not have an upgraded spare tire wheel and tire that was supposed to be part of the package deal when I bought the sets during Ontario convention 4WP event. I was very upset and felt being mislead of your marketing sales and installation. I demand a partial refund for the damage to my suspension or you will remove all the parts you installed and receive a full refund. I expect a resolution to this matter promptly. Sincerely, Mher 3107533625

That's how we ended up here. I've never had a reason to come here but I realize if he's gonna do some car clean up (even more especially now with the recent post-ash falls from the still-ongoing SoCal fires) the least I should do is pay for his car cleaning supplies. Masks required at entry and I'm grateful that everyone - customers and staff alike - were mindful about social distancing. Big Bro walked through a couple of aisles to look at his options. I didn't realize there were so many to choose from! Who knew there were so many kinds of soap, wax, tire shines, and then some! They even came in complete kits! (Okay, I know, I'm getting too excited for something that isn't a big deal, but I really was kinda fascinated at the selection!) Checking out was also smooth. Private parking lot, street parking also available. It was a good and easy visit. Big Bro said they're pretty good with stocking up with your car needs. Keeping that in mind.
