    Gnocchi Poutine
    Staci S.

I ordered the Gnocchi Poutine with Red Wine-braised Beef, Cheese Curds, Basil, and Burrata. This was a Festival of the Arts Food Offering in February. It tasted okay, but it sounded a lot better than it actually was.

Part of the tradition for Epcot International Festival of the Arts is getting the frangipane cake from Pop Eats. I don't remember the cake being this dense, but it was also recently cut and it thawed. It is not overly sweet, but definitely filling.

Didn't expect to find poutine in Disney World so that was a pleasant surprise. They don't sell too much here but the poutine was a nice snack. Haven't had much poutine in my life but the curds were squeaky so I'll give them that much!

I went to Refreshment Port during the Epcot International Festival of The Arts that continues through February 19th. There was a long line around noon with everyone waiting for a festival food. I got the Traditional Poutine and when I ordered they called the chef to ensure it was gluten free since the foods can change slightly from day to day. It was a little saltier than I normally like but a fun food to try!

Refreshment Port is located near Canada and you just have to stop here and try the Poutine - it's out of this world!! We went with the Braised Beef option over the traditional... This came with French Fries, Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese Sauce, Cheese Curds and Gherkin Relish. SO GOOD! We devoured them within minutes and the price was also pretty good for the portion. This was a filling "small plate." To go with our Poutine we grabbed a mango martini and a bottle of water and enjoyed the snack overlooking the water just nearby. I want to try their Maple Cheesecake next time!

Coffee-rubbed pork Poutine at the top - my recommendation

Delicious poutine. I had the coffee-ribbed pork poutine, and I enjoy it. It was pricey, but good. If you haven't tried Canadian poutine with beef gravy and cheese curd like me, and you don't know where you'd have the opportunity to try it, this is a good place. They also serve good Bloody Mary's too!

You absolutely must stop here! It's located near the Canada area. We had the traditional poutine and it was amazing. It's big enough for 2 people to share. It was the best snack we had while at Epcot.

Beef brisket poutine!!!! You will not be sorry for poutine-ing these yummy fries topped in tasty beer cheese sauce, savory brisket and poutine gravy and crispy onions in your belly!!! This is one of the best things I ate during my trip to Disney. It's such a large portion that you can share or keep it all to yourself and then it's a meal! Refreshment port also has basic poutine with gravy and cheese curds, dole whip and more! Don't forget you can get free iced water - just ask!

Minnie Mouse cookie dough sundae and Peter Pan float
    Katherine D.

You can count on the Refreshment Port to to have the latest treats you can find in Disney! I'm pretty sure they rotate items on the menu depending on what's trending. I wanted to try the Peter Pan Float because I am a fan of the Dole Whip, and it was amazing! It is lime Dole whip with sprite soda topped with a chocolate feather. The Minnie Mouse sundae was yummy as well. Vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and a chocolate bow and the 2 ears are the cookie dough. To me, I can live without the sundae. It is very sweet in my opinion, but if you want something refreshing, definitely give the float a try!

During my tour of the World Showcase I stopped here when I got to the Canada Pavilion. I normally eat at Le Cellier Steakhouse with my friends. However that requires a reservation and is quite pricey. I must say that inexpensive food options were quite lacking, until I came across this place where they had poutine. The beef brisket poutine was a good item to finish out the tour of the World Showcase.

Cold cheese curds, green onion soup with bacon bits and cheddar (allegedly)
    Aly W.

The signature poutine is so overrated. So is the cheddar bacon soup everyone raves about. I'm not a traditionalist so I don't mind variations on poutine, but if you're going to include the requisite cheese curds, they also need to do the requisite melting. Mine were practically frozen. No stringy melt-y goodness whatsoever. It didn't help that the soup wasn't warm enough even if the curds weren't so cold to start with. And yeah, overrated. I knew there were onions but I assumed it would be something mild yet flavorful like French onions (Le Cellier does have a French onion poutine so it was a reasonable expectation.) Alas, it was big pieces of green onion. On the plus side, they were easy for me to avoid (I can't eat onion, aside from small bits of brown onion.) However, I hate the flavor of green onion, and green onion is all I could taste. It absolutely overwhelmed the cheddar and the bacon. The fries themselves were nice and crispy.

If you're heading into The World Showcase from Future World, you'll find the Refreshment Port on the right just before you get to Canada. They don't offer up a lot lot here at this small quick service window. Mainly what you'll find is soft serve ice cream (which you can get in a waffle cone), the infamous cronut, coffee, hot cocoa, and an assortment of fountain soft drinks. I'm sorry, but I wasn't impressed with Disney's version of the cronut at all. I won't be getting another one. There's way too much other good (better) food to found in The World Showcase. Granted, I've only ever had a cronut from one other place (in Jacksonville), but Disney's version didn't even begin to meet my expectations compared to the other I have had. But, if you absolutely must have the cronut, go for it. You can even get it with soft serve on top. I mainly stop here to grab hot cocoa during the winter when I'm heading into the World Showcase, or to grab free cups of ice during the summer for canned soda I've brought into the Park with me.

    I got my cronut!
    Chris W.

The Refreshment Port is a small "blink and you'll miss it" building with simple counter service. When you're walking towards World Showcase Lagoon from the entrance of the park you'll see it on the right before you hit Canada. There are no tables set up. You just grab your food and keep on trucking. It has the standard theme park food you'd expect including breaded chicken fingers, vanilla cones, cronuts, ........ wait what? Yes cronuts. They're called "croissant doughnuts" here and boy are they worth hunting down. I've never had a "real" cronut in New York City so I can't compare the one I had here to that one, but I was really happy with what I got. From the outside it just looks like a doughnut, but when you bite into it the difference is immediately apparent. The inside was layered, flaky, and delicious. The cinnamon added on top was a great touch. It's not exactly a newsflash that something at Disney is expensive. One cronut set me back five dollars. I thought it was well worth the money and I'll gladly do it again next trip. Apparently this item was NOT added for the Flower and Garden Festival, which is when I tried it. Hopefully that is true and I'll be able to keep enjoying these treats from the Refreshment Port.

Ambiance is literally insane. We legit felt like we were in outer space. Props to Disney for always transporting us away from stress and work and into fantasy lands! My sci fi heart was so happy Ok now for the food...PLEASE ORDER THE CAULIFLOWER APPETIZER. It was the highlight of our entire meal I would get double portion for an entree if I could. It had slight spice from the buffalo sauce and tang, slightly crunchy too it was legit perfect. The calimari was just so so as we have had so many good ones at other restaurants. The breading was light and not oily which I appreciated. For entrees, my husband got the pad thai and said it was decent but not his fave but he never orders that so Im sure others would like it. My burger was pretty good, not amazing but done well. The fries were really tasty with the truffle and parmesan but sadly they were cold. Overall a 4/5 because the ambience is 1000% doing this at least once, if you want a fun themed meal and decent food try it!

Where's breakfast again?…read more Was that at Susan's? No. Daisy's? No. Minnie's? Oh! That's right! We're going to Olivia's Cafe for breakfast! And so we did. NOTES 1. Located in the main building of Disney's Old Key West Resort. As one might expect, it's very nautical themed. 2. We arrived before 9:00am, and thankfully the restaurant wasn't very crowded and we were seated immediately. Thanks to the lovely cast member that sat us in a both at the end. However, there were noticeably more people dining when we left. 3. We dined at Olivia's Cafe in November 2025 (yes, this review is a bit late), as we were guests of Old Key West. Our server introduced herself and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. In the end, I chose the sombrero omelet, while my partner chose the Buttermilk Chicken with an add-on Mickey waffle. Our very own coffee carafe completed our meal. We liked the food honestly. There's no better way to express it. The portions were decent, and the food was delivered in a timely manner. Also, I thought the option of the adding the Mickey waffle was just magical. SERVICE Our server, Cara, provided outstanding customer service. We appreciated her patience, knowledge and expertise regarding the menu, as well as checking on us periodically throughout the meal. Well done, Cara! side NOTE Cara did explain to us that their breakfast potatoes were on the cheesier side of the dairy spectrum, and that it was not to the liking of some former customers/diners. And to be honest, the potatoes are mixed/tossed in cheese, but it wasn't like they were drenched IMHO. BOTTOM LINE A wonderful breakfast at Olivia's Cafe. Its a great breakfast option for guests at Old Key West. Recommended.

Old Key West Resort Restaurant -- Florida Vibes, Flavorless Food…read more This place really looks like Florida. The resort is called Old Key West, and you feel it the moment you walk in. Gorgeous setting. Now if only the food matched the atmosphere. --The Prime Rib-- The slow-cooked prime rib was flavorless and arrived lukewarm. The au jus wasn't much help either. Think beef broth with no seasoning and you're basically there. This looked, felt, and tasted dead. Not what you expect from a prime rib centerpiece. --The Chicken-- The Southernmost Buttermilk Chicken was OK--/emphasis on OK. But like the prime rib, the seasoning was an afterthought. Pass the salt and pepper if you want any flavor out of either dish. --The Dessert-- I took the server's recommendation and went with the Pineapple Mango Upside-Down Cake. Why did I listen? The presentation is beautiful. The taste did not keep up. Lesson learned. --The Drinks-- The Turtle Krawl was the bright spot of the meal. Think rum punch on a warm afternoon and you've got the right idea. It's a great treat...just don't expect it to rescue the food. --The Verdict-- Olivia's Cafe has the setting and the atmosphere locked in. The kitchen has some catching up to do. If you visit, plant yourself at the bar, order the Turtle Krawl, and temper your expectations before the entrée arrives.

I will say the one downside was we had a very poor experience with the hostess (name started with a Z) and I sincerely hope she is no longer employed with the company, such a poor reflection of Disney. When we arrived, another host was ready to seat us and the other rude hostess (Z) snatched the menus away and said the table wasn't ready. Mind you, so many tables were empty & they were not busy so I'm not sure why she created such a fuss in front of the guests. It is a short 2alj to the corner roads where there are also an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. Disney springs is 1.5miles away by car or a 45min walk. The service is excellent and I enjoy the poolside foid and drink service. They have implemented a towel system to scan your room card and return when done using or if not returned there's a $25 fee per towel charged to your room. The cabanas are huge! There are 2 hot tubs, and 3 interconnected pools. The shallow pool towards the rock wall is quietest and warmest. The pools tend to be on the cooler side. Bid say for December they should be heated to at least 82. It felt like it was between 75-80. When the weather outside is around the same it gets chilly stepping out of the pool. We used the kayaking, golf and bike rentals. All which are included in your resort fee of $50per day. Such a fun place. I recommend to spend a few days to soley stay at the property to relax and enjoy all it offers. You never have to leave the resort.

LetterPress is the Hilton Buena Vista's marquee restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a family friendly setting with nice touches. We made a reservation well in advance just in case but the place seems large enough where walking in shouldn't be much of an issue. After sitting down we got right back up as we opted for the breakfast buffet, which at $30 is an absolute steal. Let's get into what we got: We started off with carbs: pancakes and waffles. Both of which were okay with there being. A decent wait on the waffle machine. Unless you're craving either we would say it's not the best bet to stack up on. For meat they have a lot of options from bacon to pork sausage to chicken sausage. The bacon was alright and the pork sausage was the standard small ones you find just about everywhere; the chicken sausage though was delicious, a nice sweet flavor to it and large. They also have eggs and breakfast potatoes alongside the meat, the eggs being meh and the potatoes being pretty good. The better egg option is the omelette bar which is fantastic. There are probably about 20 different ingredients you can toss into them and it is well worth the wait. Oatmeal is another carb offered and that's self-serve so you can make it how you like. Many different pastries are also available so you can get a fix on your sweet tooth (all were pretty good). Last, for drinks we got chocolate milk, coffee, and juices from their self-serve juice machine. For that we got mango and apple juices. Again, for the price of $30 this is just an unbelievable deal, especially for families looking to get growing kids fed in as quick and convenient a place as possible. The added convenience of it being close to the pool and just downstairs adds another layer to it. While we can only testify to their breakfast buffet this does also look like a great option to take up on their actual menu. An excellent option for a quick, filling meal before exploring all the Disney Springs area has to offer!

I had no idea that this is not a traditional 40 side by side bowling alley! We came through the door & were immediately greeted by a young man who helped us locate our family. Surprise! They were on the 2nd floor! Since I was in a wheelchair, we were directed to the elevator & told he'd take us to our group. When the elevator door opened on the 2nd flr, there he was to walk us to our group! You really need to look around to appreciate all that's offered! The 1st flr has plenty of restaurant & bar seating, so you don't have to bowl to enjoy the atmosphere & food & drinks! Lanes are set up in clusters each having long table booth & stools! We were a party of 10 & had plenty of room. We had drinks. Everyone wanted to bowl, not use our time eating! When our time was almost up, we asked our server for tables to sit & eat. He set us up on the 2nd flr near our lane. There's also a bar & pool table in that area! TV's surrounded the area & we watched the World Cup! We ordered a variety of foods. Chicken tenders w:fries, multiple burgers:fries options, pizza, turkey club, sliders & chicken fried rice! Let me tell you, everyone loved their choices! I would easily recommend going for the food & drinks on their own! Everyone was very friendly & welcoming! As we were getting ready to pack up, we saw the young man who 1st welcomed us & he stopped to say he hoped we'd had a great time & he'd see us again! That's a given! Great time with family, having fun, laughing, eating & just having a blast being together! We can't wait to go again!
