Almost everything was wonderful here. The place is very clean and you can get a nice massage for a reasonable price. It's not fancy but it's a fairly good place to get a massage. I asked if they wanted the tip too and she said no just the service payment, I was confused because I typically include the tip on my card with payment. We bought the 60-minute combo massage, which was perfect because it included an extended foot massage. A surprise bonus was two rounds of hot stone massage and a bottle of water at the end. Our masseuses applied just the right amount of pressure. We both floated out afterwards and remarked how our relaxed feeling lasted much longer than after other foot massages. This is the best place to stop by after working in Folsom! Leah was god sent for my carpal tunnel and elbow/shoulder tendinitis. Never mind the language barrier, she could feel the exact knots in the surrounding muscles triggering my issue areas right when she felt my arm! She suggested a phenomenal Chinese medicine topical that further relieved the extra pain and thoroughly went back to the area multiple times, Leah is amazing! I will start by saying that the massage itself was wonderful and the place is really clean; However, I was really turned off by the masseuse answering the phone twice during my massage! I waited until the end of my massage to address it with her and that they needed to hire someone to answer the phone calls and to not answer calls during a massage because it's very unprofessional. I came there to have a nice and relaxing time! She seemed a little confused at first, but then apologized afterwards stating they were short staffed. The issue I had was that I could hear people talking in the lobby, phone ringing, and going in/out from my room. Also, like the other reviewer mentioned, the masseuse took a call during my massage! I was never asked areas of concern, if I had any injuries, any joint surgeries. Without this information, it puts me, the client, and the therapist at risk.
