He even coughed on my foot at one point, kept grunting, and was clanking the hot stones in the bucket right next to my head which was super annoying. He also had me lay face down the entire hour and didn't even give me a head massage. It was terrible. I had an $80 gift card that my mom gave me and I tried using it, but for some reason it caused so much drama with the front desk lady. I couldn't understand fully what she was saying, but she started raising her voice and I think accused me of turning a "$60" into an "$80" on the gift card. She kept writing the number 6 and turning it into an 8 on paper, it was ridiculous. She then called the owner and got her boss involved, to which they asked if I'm going to tip... I wasn't on planning to tip the leftover $20, but I just wanted to leave at that point after arguing for 15 minutes. What a highly stressful ending to my massage! I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you get the male masseuse and beware of using gift cards since they seem to freak out if you have one.
