I kept waiting for the hot stones as that's one of my favorite parts, however, I was disappointed when it never happened. They have a very annoying wind chime on the front door and will leave the massage to attend to whoever walks in. Our massage was interrupted three times. I've been to many massage places, this one is decent, and I would return. However I do feel they could improve the door attendance situation and either remove the hot stone from the menu or actually perform it in the massage as advertised. I called a week in advance to make the appointment and requested for 90 min massages for both of us. We got there 10 mins early and they showed us to a couple's room which is fine. We both have been to plenty of these types of massage places. They usually soak your feet in hot warm to rinse before they do the foot massage, but they didn't do that here.. they just went right into the feet massage. They essentially spent 30 mins massaging our feet and an hour on the rest of our body. During the massage, both masseuse talked to each other, which made me regret that we were in the couple's room. Also at one point the phone rang and my masseuse walked away to pick it up. Then another customer came in and the other masseuse left to address that customer. I have never been to a massage place where they didn't have a receptionist so that the masseuse could just focus on the massage. It really took me out of the whole experience. I don't understand how this place has all these great reviews.. we def won't be returning.
