Jessica was my esthetician. She talked me through the process and evaluated my skin as I asked her questions. She had the greatest demeanor and easy to get along attitude. But when it came to the actual process, she created a relaxing, quiet mood. She was gentle with the extractions and provided delicately firm massages. Talking about massages, the table was a heated massage table. Nice. I also added a hand treatment. After the hydra facial, I was shown the water. It was cloudy, not too bad as I was told. She advised me on some products they offer, not a hard sell pitch. I declined; she didn't hard press which I appreciate. My face was glowing (luminous and rosy) and seemed less poof-y afterwards. My hands felt more moisturized. The dry skin on my inner palm gently sloughed off. The next day, they looked revitalized. Pricing is comparable or less expensive to other local places. The facility is clean and is gorgeously designed. It has a calming white color scheme. Giving off modern, posh vibes without the pretentiousness or clinical feeling. There is plenty of parking right in front of the building.

We greatly appreciate the explanation with the appointment system and the willingness to get my hubs back on the schedule for the massage he signed up for. My hubs was hesitant to come back after his last session and especially after my review (he didn't know I was writing) but Elena & Jennifer helped him feel at ease of coming back and making it extremely flexible to rebook an appointment to come back in. Hubs went back to get the much needed deep pressure massage from Jennifer at The Spa Simply Skin. Both Elena and Jennifer were present to greet him. The ambiance of the room was serene as it was before. He keeps telling me about the nice Buddha in the massage room. Jennifer asked if the headrest area was ok was comfortable this time before proceeding. This time she asked about the massage pressure and if it was firm enough. She worked on getting his knots out which was greatly needed. She used a tool on his hands up/down his forearm that he said made him feel really good. He does repetitive work with his hands (handy electrician) and this helped relieve tension. Had a terrible couples massage experience…read more First off, we arrived early, there wasn't a receptionist, and our 90 minute massage started late and finished on time. During the massage a worker came in and interrupted our services to talk to our masseuses, which was very professional. Also during the massage, my masseuse left the room. I added on foot reflexology, and she wore gloves, which was incredibly loud and uncomfortable. I have never had a massage where gloves were worn! I would understand if someone had disgusting feet, but my feet are pedicured and beautifully groomed. Not only was that a very uncomfortable way to end a 90 minute massage, the massage itself was terrible. She used no pressure, felt rushed through, and mostly used her forearm to rub my body. Lastly, the checkout experience was also uncomfortable. She told me the amount to leave for tip!! I will never come back here, and I'm very upset to have wasted money here for a massage that I was truly looking forward to after working 12hr shifts at the hospital.

On top of that, I personally called on March 19 at 9:07 AM to confirm my appointment and even asked to be placed on the waitlist. Then, on the day of my appointment (today), they called me at 9:26 AM while I was at work (I work graveyard shifts, so I wasn't able to answer). As soon as I got off work and checked my phone, I saw a message saying my appointment had been canceled as a "no-show." That makes no sense considering I had already confirmed via phone on March 19th. This isn't the first issue either. There have been multiple times they rescheduled or canceled my appointments due to their own mistakes like booking another client named Jazmin as well under my appointment time and I've shown up only to be told I had no appointment at all. It's incredibly frustrating and shows a clear lack of internal communication and organization. At this point, it feels like they're quick to cancel on clients but don't hold themselves accountable for their own scheduling errors. If you're considering becoming a client, just be aware that their scheduling system is unreliable, and even if you confirm your appointment, it may still be canceled unexpectedly. From what I recall, there were no locks on the doors, which made the space feel less private and secure while changing. I want to recognize the massage therapists and estheticians, as they were exceptional. They were welcoming, professional, and provided excellent service. They were truly the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we booked the spa package, we were not informed that the relaxation area was an open space located in the lobby with only room dividers for separation. We had expected a private relaxation room, so the open layout was surprising and did not provide the peaceful atmosphere we anticipated. Additionally, no one explained which amenities were included in our package upon arrival. There was a red light therapy room adjacent to the relaxation area, and we mistakenly assumed it was included. A front desk employee responded by raising her voice and informing us that it required an additional fee. A brief explanation of the available amenities and package inclusions at check-in would have prevented this misunderstanding and created a much more positive experience. The refreshments also felt underwhelming for a spa package, consisting of packaged Costco madeleines, Lindor chocolates, and lemon water that was described as infused water. Finally, the relaxation area itself was quite small, with only two spa chairs, a table, and two couches. It did not appear to comfortably accommodate a group of up to ten people. Overall, while the massage therapists and estheticians provided outstanding care, the lack of communication regarding the spa package, the limited and public relaxation space, and the unprofessional interaction with the front desk staff significantly impacted our experience. With clearer communication, improved customer service, and more accurate expectations of the group amenities, the experience could be greatly enhanced.
