Just used my Groupon I got for Christmas. My therapist Tommy did an excellent job! This was my very first deep-tissue massage and omg I may never get a swedish again. I work in IT so I'm sitting for long periods of time, as a result my neck and lower back are in a constant state of pain (I also keep all of my stress in my neck as well). I've gone to a ton of spas and although many were good no one seemed to be able to really get into my neck like Tommy did during this season. Legit feels like I'm on a cloud right now. The atmosphere inside is also really nice, relaxing and quiet. There is a very pretty waiting room with refreshments and the massage room itself was clean and well decorated. I have known Amy for many years and she really is something special, a rare seedling if you will. I have had many massages in my life trying to fix my shoulder after having chronic pain in it for years, she is the only massage therapist who has figured out what the origin of the problem was instead of just treating the symptoms, she gave me "homework" to work on it and get better outside of the treatment and I almost cried after getting off the table because I felt a sense of balance and evenness in my body that I hadn't in a very long time, if you want a therapist who actually listens and reads your body well, she is your person. JustBreathe is fantastic. A very pretty and calming center and I got the best massage I've ever had. I came in with the usual neck and shoulder pain and not only did I leave feeling better, but Tommy explained why it hurt and how to prevent it. His approach was very wellness-oriented, not just a massage to work out the kinks. I'll be honest, I've never had a male massage therapist nor a 90 minute massage. I thought 90 might be too long and I felt a bit nervous seeing a male. Tommy allayed all of that. He has a nursing background and also does hospice massage (as well as cupping). He was professional and really knows his stuff. I cannot recommend him enough, so much so that I have already booked my next appointment!
