I was greeted and sat comfortably while I waited to meet with Demetria made me feel at ease and took care of my facial needs, when I needed extra attention to certain areas, I was able to get in that following week. Demetria is very skilled, super light with the needle and talks you through every step of the way! I've since scheduled microneedling and a facial, so I'm excited to try new treatments! Anything to take care of my skin and make me feel good with what's on the outside as well. Thank you all!

I let the office know at 2:33 that I was 5 minutes away and arrived at 2:37, but I was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule. There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional Experience…read more I rarely leave reviews instead try to speak directly to those in charge, however despite numerous attempts here I type: -- as a business owner, I know how much reviews can impact a business. However, this situation was handled with very little empathy or understanding, and I feel it's important to share my experience. I was charged twice by this business and received no service at all. My first appointment was in October. The day before, I called to cancel because I had been diagnosed with the flu. As a medical professional, I take health precautions seriously and canceled out of respect for others to avoid spreading illness. I was told that because it wasn't within 24 hours, I'd still be charged. I didn't have the energy to argue since I was sick, even though calling the day before is 24-hour notice. I was told I'd receive a credit on my account instead. A few weeks later, I called to reschedule with Caroline and was informed that I had only one month to use my credit -- something never mentioned before. I was also told Caroline was booked until January 2026, but there was an opening in Sacramento. I live in Folsom and prefer that location, but felt I had no choice but to take the Sacramento appointment to avoid losing my $275 credit. On the day of the appointment, I accidentally went to the Folsom office out of habit. I immediately called and texted to say I was on my way to Sacramento and would be 15 minutes late -- no one answered or responded. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes outside before being told Caroline had already left. I texted again and finally received a long, accusatory message calling me "rude and inconsiderate." Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was charged twice -- once for the canceled appointment and again for today's appointment, which was supposed to be complimentary. To this moment, I have received no response to the messages I sent after leaving the clinic earlier today. I understand everyone is working hard to make their business succeed, but $275 is a exorbitant penalty for any health and wellness service. A little more compassion, flexibility, and understanding toward clients would go a long way. I would advise not to go here as they prioritize rigid policies and defensive communication over empathy, professionalism, and respect for their clients' time and money which seems counter to the philosophies of their treatment.

The staff is not only incredibly skilled, but also some of the nicest and most attentive people. They take the time to listen, answer every question, and make sure you feel completely at ease during every visit. My results have always been amazing, but what keeps me coming back is the welcoming, comfortable environment they've cultivated - it feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with friends who genuinely care.

I'm writing this review for potential patients, despite the lack of recent reviews for Jeuvani…read more I was always embarrassed by my fat upper arms that hung down and looked terrible. I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get.

This program was about different vials of liquids that you add to your meals or whatever. I got weary of listening and finally asked how much. I was taken back by the price but she said it included consulting at most anytime and recipes.... So she said she could do a soft credit check (which turned out to be a hard check as my credit score went down after this inquiry). I processed all this and ultimately decided i needed to think about it. So then I asked her if we could do the procedures I came in here for. She glanced at the clock and said the tummy procedure takes 35 minutes it she would do it anyway. I didn't know why at the time that she said that. But then after my procedure was over she was rushing me out because her next client was there and had already waited 6 minutes past her appointment time. So, I asked her about my chin treatment that was included in the plan I purchased. She got all nervous and said it will be difficult to set an appointment for 15 minutes (apparently the time it takes to do the chin procedure), because all appointments are one hour in length. First I heard of that! So she said to call her and she will figure something out. So I left. Later on I searched what a cool sculpture treatment entails and everything that I read should have been a consultation on that and the areas that would be treated. That did not happen as I said earlier she panicked for time. And I also read the area being treated should be massaged immediately after treatment to help break up the fat cells. That did not happen either. So moving forward I called her and no answer but was able to leave a message about getting my chin treatment. I eventually received a text message from her. I copied the text messages and it is included in the photos below. Also, she never replied back to me. I would never ever recommend this office of MayAllure in Folsom, Ca to anyone. She is obviously a scam and avoids giving the treatments you pay for unless you purchase more treatments!! Not Right!

I had called a week in advance to book our appointments: a 75 minute body and foot massage for $70, a 75 minute prenatal massage for $70, and a 2hour body and foot massage for $110. When we arrived, the staff were very nice and friendly, which made a good first impression and gave me hope the visit would go smoothly. I shared a room with one of my sisters who was getting the prenatal massage, and while my bed was heated, it got so warm that I started sweating and had to ask them to turn it off. A male masseuse came in to work on me, which I personally didn't mind, but I do think they should ask clients their preference beforehand. As for the massage itself, it was just okay. I usually leave feeling completely relaxed, but this one didn't really do that for me. The techniques weren't great, and some of the small touches I've come to expect, like a head or scalp massage, never happened. When he moved to my legs and feet, he put on gloves, which honestly made it feel awkward and less soothing. There were a few moments where I felt more uncomfortable than relaxed, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. My sister's prenatal massage was another disappointment. About 20 minutes before her session was supposed to end, the masseuse told her she was finished and asked if she wanted to wait outside or stay in the room and rest. That meant she only received about 55 minutes of her 75 minute session, which felt really unfair considering we paid for the full time. The checkout process was the final straw. I was told there's a $1 per person fee for paying with a card, which already felt unnecessary. I was charged $233, and then the staff realized they rang it up incorrectly and charged my card again for an extra $20. The whole situation felt messy and unprofessional, especially after being told there was a specific card fee and then seeing extra charges added on anyway. Overall, I left more frustrated than refreshed and won't be returning.
