After my doctor had told me I had bursitis and rest was the only prescription, my friend said to give Tiff a call to see if she could help. And did she ever! When I arrived at her table, I was unable to raise my left arm to the side above my shoulder. This was an old injury that had started when I fell off my bike during a triathalon and recently flared while working out. When I left Tiffany, I was a bit beat up from an intense, pressure-point-y type "massage" that released tightness in my collarbone, back, pec and side of boob area. Within days my shoulder fully released and I was able to rotate it around pain free. I returned to working out immediately, my shoulder loose in its once limited socket. While working you, Tiffany explains what she's doing, helps you relax into the "release" and advises you for further success. She gave me a ball that helps me do home treatment. I took a spill this summer and put the same arm out to catch myself .Same problem again. Again, same success with Tiffany just days ago.
