I was not quite prepared for how intense it was. It was a LOT but I walked out feeling at least 90% better (I came in with very tense shoulders and almost a kink in my neck). There were two times when I had to ask him to reduce the pressure and he was so understanding. I couldn't believe how he went 90 minutes nonstop but he did. He wanted to know what was bothering me and where I needed him to focus.

I just pick my day, my choice of people, which is always Tata, and the time she and I are both available. During one period I would book my appointments a month in advance to ensure I got the day and time I wanted. That's when I had a nicer boss and I was able to book weekly appointments. This is best in the winter as it gets quite warm in the summer, but I still love it, but always forget to sign up for this one. I keep saying next time I'll remember. Hopefully I really remember to sign up for it next time. It doesn't matter what type of massage you get, they are all great. She's very conscious of the pressure and continually asks you how the pressure is. This is great as one time you may want more or less pressure from the last time you were there or a different type of pressure for different body parts. If your haven't tried Tata out, give her a try. My husband had her sister and thought she was great and I've read other reviews and people have had other people so it sounds like they are all good and I just have my favorite. I've been going to her for so long so we have a relationship and it's great to go in and catch up. You don't have to chat if you don't want to.
