This had to be the WORST customer service experience of my life. Vicki asked me if I could come for an appointment at 11am. She then called and asked if I could come at 1215 after I was already driving to her. I agreed. I showed up and she tried to tell me I needed to buy a $20 cream in addition to her massage fee for her to massage with. After I asked if I could use my cream since I am allergic to a lot of topical ointments, she yelled at me and said she would not complete my massage. I am an ICU nurse I'm terrible pain and woke up early for a much needed massage only to be treated horribly. read more

My husband just went to this lady because he has intense pain in his mid back and shoulders and we tried joint chiropractic and it didn't help. This seemed really promising. She kept referring to how good her reviews are and we texted back and forth so there is a level of friendliness but also she's a little feisty when asked what type of work she does and just mentioned that it just works. We were charged $130 for 1 hour(apparently a sale). It seems really expensive especially because he didn't feel any relief, it just seemed like a back rub or any at home massage. We have yet to find a good chiropractor. She did spend about 1hour but the ambiance is very lacking and not at all relaxing. read more

Vicky has so much potential to be a great healer. Unfortunately, she came with too much baggage. The last thing a patient wants to deal with is having to listen and cater to their therapist's problems. It should be the other way around. She is a nice person and her fees are very fair. Just find her critical personality a bit stressful to be around and hard for healing. She should also not post pictures of herself that do not represent her current appearance. From the ads' photos, it would seem like she is young, slim, and tall. The real person we saw was unrecognizable compared to the photos. We thought we were in the wrong office. It's as disturbing as those people that post profile photos of themselves when they were an embryo. Completely do not represent reality. read more

SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. This is a no-frills, GET DOWN TO BUISNESS place. Vicky KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING! And her only concern is to get you out of pain. I have searched for years trying to find releif from the pain in my neck caused by arthritis. Perscribed opioid pain meds would only make the pain tolerable. I still don't understand exacally how she does what she does, but I do know that I left my first session with Vicky with releif that I have never gotten before from any other type of help. I consider her technique somewhere between a Day Spa masssage and a FULL BLOWN Physical Therapy Session! I cant wait for my follow up appointment in four days. I must commend Vicki on my first session with her. Previously, I had been attended to by a physical therapist, but aches and pains crept back. Vicki helped my muscles to relax and become practically pain free. Specifically, my stiff neck was no longer in pain. Also, she decreased the stiffness and pain in my arthritic thumb and elbow. I tried *everything* for my TMJ pain (I'm a violinist and have had pain in my jaw for a while, which got worse from stress due to quarantine) and this is the only thing that helped. I would like to say that she received four stars for the massage and one star for professionalism. My experience: Vicki was nice enough to see me short notice, and when I got to the parlor she was friendly. I let Vicki know that I was having a hard time in my life, and Vicki tailored the session to work on anxiety. Vicki was very intense and the emotional session was very jarring, but that is to be expected. What I didn't like was that I told Vicki I was in physical pain and she didn't even work on my muscles. Near the end of the session, after I really mentioned a sore spot she finally worked on my muscle which was helpful. However, things got really unprofessional when money came into play. I told her that I am not in a great place financially, but then she continued to pressure me to book more sessions. I told her I could only afford it on credit card, so she said that I could PayPal her IN ADVANCE, because it takes too long to get into her bank account. For some reason, I agreed to this. When I got home I PayPal-ed the money to Vicki and text her letting her know. She then kept texting me stating that she hasn't received the money yet. She text me about three times asking for her money, I had to eventually screen shot a picture to her. The most ridiculous part was that I hadn't even had the massage she was texting me about. Flash forward to today when I woke up sick and couldn't make my massage. I text her a half hour before letting her know as a courtesy (I didn't even really want to talk to her because she makes me so uncomfortable). Then she text me back five mins before and said "Oh wow. Short notice, I'm here". I understand it is frustrating when a client cancels, but I do not like to feel shamed into going to a session (especially one that I have already paid for). I am really happy for all of the people that Vicki has helped, and I just have a hard time when someone calls themselves a spiritual healer one moment, but pressures a client the next. It is my personal opinion that as a professional, Vicki should have professional communication. I do not recommend "Release the Pain and Fear" for emotional problems, I would only consider them for structural massage. read more

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would think twice before coming here. I waited a week to have a lymphatic massage by Vicki just to have her not answer my one text 2 hours prior to my appointment to confirm. When I call for the first/only time after arriving & waited 10 minutes+, she finally answers and has a terrible attitude asking (her exact words) "You only need to text me once. I am busy helping another client. Can you understand you need to wait because I'm with someone else right now." As if I blew up her phone. After respectfully telling her I only called because she didn't answer when I told her that I was outside, she still was very disrespectful and informed me she was going to finish her client before coming outside to get me even though she was running into my appointment time. Very unprofessional to make YOUR client wait and inconvenience their day. Still don't understand why she was so rude about me calling her ONE TIME when she was the one who gave me the appointment date/time. She will never get a dime from me, the fact that she was so disrespectful to the point where I had to leave before even making it inside for my appointment just shows what kind of business she runs, with an attitude like that. If you have multiple clients in a day then space out the appointments so you have time to prep, don't make clients wait. Do better research and find a different massage therapist. read more

Despite Yelp's policy, I am going to post here. Full disclosure, Vicki is my cousin and worked on me yesterday at a family reunion--for free. Take my comments for what you think they are worth. About the last 6 months, I have had a progressive dull pain going from about the top of my shoulder and eventually down my arm close to my elbow. I will describe the pain like a nerve in the interior of your limb that, when you move in the wrong way, suddenly wakes up as if you stepped on it. I could not sleep on my side, nor raise my arm above my head without the dull pain becoming very sharp. Reaching around my back or over my opposite shoulder was nearly impossible . Yesterday, she worked on me for about an hour to an hour and 1/2. The difference is incredible. All of my range of motion came back and the pain from movement is completely gone. I would never have believed that I could get this kind of relief without experiencing it first hand. I will say that I am sore from the treatment, but I think that is reasonable to be expected. I do not know or understand all the technical aspects of what she did, but I am willing to give full confirmation that the treatment she gave me has given me back my full range of motion and release of the pain in my shoulder.
