I'm torn. I really loved the results of my facial here, but everything else was such a horrible customer experience. Let me tell you. First off, I came in 10-15 min early, just like requested, to fill out some forms. The lady working the front desk gave me an ipad to complete these forms as she looked on. She was very antsy, looking over my shoulder toward the front door, while rushing me to hurry through the questions and telling me I don't need to fill in this or that. The questions were about my health and previous facial experiences, plus all the questions regarding my concerns and target areas I wanted to address that day. I found it odd that they didn't really seem to care to have this info on file for future visits since this was my first time at this establishment. Anyway, I soon realized why she seemed so rushed, because two other customers walked in after me and had to fill out THEIR forms. It seemed like we were all arriving for the same appointment time and the receptionist was nervous about getting us all checked in on time. Next, I was called back for my facial by the esthetician. This is how that went: She looked me up and down, stuttered over her words to greet me bc she didn't know my name (bc of her negligence in gathering that info before trying to greet me) so I told her. She walked me to the room without any other words and just held the door open for me while I stood at the entrance of the room probably looking very confused. She picked up on it and goes, "Oh, have you not been here before?". Me: "No". Her: "Oh, I thought your face looked familiar." She proceeded to give me some instruction about how to undress and what to do before she returns back to begin the facial. The room was very dark and I was concerned about how she was going to see anything that needed attention on my face with such dim lighting. I started to get nervous about how the rest of my appointment would go and whether or not I was wasting my money being there. On the bright side, the bed was comfy and heated. She returned to the room and started the facial. Contrary to the spa-like ambience, her maneuvers, which were very brisk and lacking gentleness, just didn't mesh with the luxurious feel this place is trying to sell. For example, she dabbed and whisked her fingers across my face instead of using long, soft strokes to apply all the products she was using. The extractions were done with so much pressure I tensed up the whole time, and I'm no wuss when it comes to tolerating pain. She also made a lot of noise as she worked, once again making me feel like everyone here is in a rush to get through their tasks. I did like that she used some red light therapy on me, which my skin loves so much. When checking out, I got the sense that the staff wanted to sell me all the things. I was told about different promotions, memberships, and upcoming events. One of the receptionists said, "How was everything? Isn't she (the esthetician) great?" I had no words. I just wanted to get out of there honestly. Everything about the pace of this place was such a turnoff to me. The good news is I was there to redeem a Christmas gift so I didn't pay much out of pocket. It's been a couple months since my visit, and although it was an awkward one, I am considering booking another appointment bc I loved how my skin looked the few days following my facial. It radiated! If I pull the trigger and book again, I hope my experience is much more pleasant. Perhaps I had the wrong combination of employees that day or something. I bought a certificate last year and was told that I could use it for a massage and facial and would receive an extra service for free that I could choose a massage or facial. I finally went in and booked my appointment. I had a conversation with the front desk person and confirmed that I have 3 services available. I then booked a massage and facial and a massage for my daughter. I decided to do just the massage for myself and a facial for her. I confirmed again that I could use the other service at another time. I attended the appointments today and was told that the bonus service expired with no apology. I didn't realize that it had a short expiration time from when I purchased the certificate. Ultimately the certificate didn't even cover the two services, and the third service was lost due to expiration. I was asked for additional fees which was not discussed at anytime while making the appointment or confirming. The front desk was condescending when I tried to explain the situation. This is a shady business practice. The massage was great so it's unfortunate to have such dodgy business practices and disdainful staff at the front desk. read more

I'm a bit confused as to the 3.5 stars. My bf purchased a gift certificate so I could continue receiving massages for my back injuries. I called in to schedule and they accommodated a time immediately. Extremely professional over the phone as they were in person. The only I can say is that there is a heavy emphasis on purchasing a membership. It was my first time there and I was hit with the question after I was done with my massage and honestly not in the mood because I was feeling out of it. Nevertheless, they are sweet here, Jessica was my massage therapist for the day and I can honestly say that I am extremely fortunate to have found her and had an opportunity to have her work on my sciatica and muscle issues. For someone that is almost due, she really worked hard on those areas of concern, so knowledgeable and guided me the entire way through, explaining the name of each muscle, etc. Jessica is professional, friendly, funny and makes one feel extremely comfortable especially in a time when pain is evident. I walked out of that office feeling over 70% better and that's a lot!!! I couldn't bend, get out of bed, twist, I mean it was bad! I'm bending now and turning and using the methods she taught me at home to alleviate the pain and muscle tension and cramping. She did however go on maternity leave, but will be back! I will continue to go either way. I was reluctant to share Jessica with Yelp! Haha but I know I have to give her credit where credit is needed and well deserved! Definitely has healing hands and elbows!! Jessica took time out to write down areas that I should research and work on while she's away and that's an important part of treatment, I feel- the caring aspect. Thank you again Jessica! I was member for less than two months at Massage Heights. BEWARE THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS. On their website I created future massages for the year. I As I was going through their website, I noticed that a dollar amount of $269.99 was showing up on each one of my sessions. I sent them several emails questioning why. No one not even the owner replied to my emails, and when they did it was a week later. Well, needless to say, I end up terminating my membership and was told by the district manager, Annie that she would refund my money that day, that never happened nor did she CANCEL my upcoming schedule appointments. It is now August 7, 2024 and I still have not received my refund when I called them to asks why? I was told they made my refund to cash not back to my original cc payment. Now doesn't that sound like a bogus excuse. read more

I gave them another try--I bought a 3 month membership. During those 3 months, i wasn't able to get any massages. They called me the day after my credits expired. They wanted more money to keep my membership active. I feel really wary of giving a place money after they're telling me that the money i had spent already is basically garbage since I can't use it to get a massage anymore. I asked for a Sup call back so I could tell them I'd be willing to discuss continuing my membership if they'd not let the money I had spent go to waste. I could explain why I hadn't been able to get in a massage in the last 3 months. I was told I would be contacted--and a week later--no contact. This place just seems interested in taking your money--they're quick to sell you on their memberships--telling you the credits unused "rollover"--but, I seriously do not remember them telling me the credits EXPIRE...they somehow left that out of their sales pitch.
