The technician did a great job cleaning out our gutters and did a nice job repairing one of our gutters at our request. He claimed it was "obvious" he would do so but since he had never done it before, how was it "obvious?" Now I see he is stating that I used the "F" word before he "fired" me. I am 86 years old and never use the "F" word. My conversation with him is not exception, just another example of the "untruths" he is wont to provide.
