Our appointment was booked a few days in advance and confirmed quickly. Two housekeepers arrived right on time at 10:30 a.m. and spent exactly four hours cleaning. They were friendly, professional, and focused on their work. The house looked great and smelled fresh afterward. After they left, the owner texted to follow up, collect my email, and send the invoice. One note: there's a $12 service charge just for using their payment system--I wish I'd known that upfront since it offsets some of the new-customer credit. Total was $362 for the deep clean, which I felt was fair for the quality and effort. I'd definitely hire them again.

I do not recommend using Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for a deep cleaning before selling a house…read more Shelly gave a quote for the work to be done in 2.5 hours but once the women came and we're very slow, then Shelly kept upping the amount of time (and price) to 4 hours. The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! It was a waste of $500 especially because of having to do the work myself after they didn't do the job in the first place!

When the cleaners arrived, I went over a few things with them and they quickly got started. I came back, place smelled clean, and was definitely clean! Great service, I definitely recommend!
