Last year, almost a year from today, our pool pump motor took a dump. I went in and they attached my impeller to a new motor and installed a new motor shaft seal and all on the same day. Today my wife called while I was at work and said our pump wasn't working. After a little investigating it seemed the pump motor was out again. Looked at it and it seemed there had been a leak under the bottom of the motor. Took it in to Mark and he deemed the motor shaft seal had failed. Took my motor, told me he get me a new motor, attached an upgraded shaft seal and attached the impeller. They called as promised, same day service, and it was warrantied.
