Really love the people who work for this store!!!…read more I have been long distance running and have been struggling for the past year 1/2 to find sneakers I really loved (they discontinued making my older Nike sneakers). I bought Nike sneakers from this location, which unfortunately really hurt my shins, calves and feet.. I returned a week later with my receipt and simply asked if I can make an exchange because the Nike sneakers hurt my feet. Not only did the women at the counter say I could return them, but gave me great advice and helped me choose new sneakers for my long distance running! I now have Ascics sneakers and the support is amazing and I have no pain! So nice of this store to let me return shoes I already wore and take the time to help me choose the correct shoes for my feet! So friendly and kind!

Everything here is high-quality, and even though the prices are higher than someplace like Payless, you're getting a better deal in the end. I told the clerk why I was there and he immediately said he'd knock 10% off whatever I bought ... because he felt bad about me getting poor-quality shoes from OTHER stores! That pair is going on six months of being worn every single day, and they look just like they did when I bought them. If I'd stuck with one of the chain stores, my second pair would be coming apart at the soles right around now. A classic example of "it costs more and it's absolutely worth it." You will spend much less on shoes over the course of a year if you shop here, and you'll have much less hassle to deal with.

I checked out some of the jewelry and the spoon rings alone were $20 each. I looked through a lot of the clothing and most things were $14.99 and above. Most of their clothing wasn't very well curated for the high prices in my opinion. I tried on one top but the worker looked a little burdened to help which made me uncomfortable. Their garage home section was really cool but again, everything was incredibly overpriced. Overall, here are my prices and cons: Pros: 1. Some kind service; well greeted. 2. A lot bigger than you would expect. It goes far back and then loops around as well. Some places to sit for older people interested in checking it out Cons: 1. Overpriced for a consignment store. I work at one in a wealthier area and the items still aren't that expensive. 2. Imbalanced service. Some were kind, some weren't. 3. Size organization was kind of all over the place 4. Clothing isn't well curated. More for older generations. Overall, I definitely won't be back but I wish the best!
