I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

I only stuck with company after two failed initially scheduled appointments to even get an assessment because I had difficulties finding anyone willing to look at a hot tub they had not themselves installed and secondly reviews can go either way based on experience; Hope springs eternal I hear. But not only am I out of $800+ but I still do not have a working hot tub and even though Keith has claimed they are willing to do "more" work if I pay them more money kind of hard to do that if they do not pick up the phone or return voicemails.
