On Thursday, Zack called and I told him the problem and he said that I could likely repair it myself. After removing the panels and looking at the mechanical/plumbing internals, I called Zack once again. I explained the situation and sent him a pic of the area and he walked me thru it and hence NO MORE LEAK. Grant came out (during a snow storm!) for the initial estimate. He tested our water and explained everything clearly. I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet. Needless to say, I give them, my business, and recommendation. Do not waste time calling another hot tub company, even though they maybe closer.

The construction team was quality from pool layout down to closing our temporary fence up every night so our dog wouldn't get out. The maintenance team was great and explained things a first time pool owner could easily understand. Highly recommend Hawaiian Pools for a beautiful pool!

UPDATE: CC subbed out someone and replaces all of our coping. Tile was damaged and chemicals…read more(acid?) spilled discoloring our pool finish (don't care at this point) and they filled the pool without the two drain covers on (genius), and again we have cracked coping. If you knock on the coping that cracked, it clearly sounds like the coping tile was not fully mortared; probably why it cracked. My husband contacted CC multiple times since the beginning of the month, my husband even stopped in, and have yet to hear back about their resolution to this. Communication and diligent customer service is still lacking apparently. We have not had a summer without issues with this place and their craftsmanship.
