They didn't provide a courtesy "heads up" to inform me that they aren't skilled enough to handle doing jobs where the houses are built close together. As a matter of fact, when I informed Steve that they should notify neighbors what to expect, especially those with kids and pets, Steve told me it wasn't his "problem that the houses are built so close together". They would not have cleaned up the debris if I hadn't happen to have come home to the mess. I asked him to remove the remaining nails from the front yard and he got in his truck and left them to be difficult. He was very dismissive of my concerns and disrespectful of my property. They better hope my child, my pet gets injured from their neglect I also observed them using Home Depot Underlayment on the roof whereas many of the higher quality roofers in this area are using high quality materials.

Having work done on your house while you live there is not easy and there were some issues as can be expected. The difference is Luis and his team took care of the issues that came up and listened to our concerns. I have dealt with other contractors who once they have your money don't seem to care about what they are doing.
