I called Terry and he picked answered right away and even gave me a quote over the phone! The quote was good and Terry was able to squeeze me in that day as I was between him and the next location and only had a few items. Note that I was very precise on what I wanted hauled off. Terry gave me and estimated time of arrival then called me when he was a few minutes out. When Terry showed up he was fast and efficient the best part is that the quote did not change, what I told him was going out was what was going out so there were no surprises on either side. Terry is a man of his word, I will call him for any future services I need.

I always wanted to investigate into getting a deep cleaning for my place since I work remotely. A…read morequick hop on yelp led me to Dust Bust. I am beyond impressed with the service given. Shane was very quick in coordination and even adjusted to a time that would work best for me. Kayla, whom cleaned my place was beyond stupendous. My place looks and feels just like new, no more being ashamed of certain spots or having to constantly cover a certain area. Service: As state above Shane was very quick and accommodating. Kayla arrived to my place and asked if there any areas that I needed to focus on. I gave her what I wanted focused on and she worked immediately. I gave her permission to move any personal items such as fridge items. She not only cleaned but organized where she needed to in a pleasant presentable manner. The best part of this service though I would say is trust. I was even able to leave Kayla to her duties without worries or any risk of my place while I was gone. Granted always tread with caution for any business, but this one has my utmost respect and trust. Words don't do justice on how much I appreciated Dust Bust's service. My expectations were well exceeded and will undoubtedly do business again, especially with so many jobs in my field being remote.

I messaged via Yelp (which he was previously responsive through), called his cell, texted ...NOTHING. Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.

Updated: Not sure…read morewhat happened here but I'm taking a 5 star review down to 3. The quality of work was good and I felt like we paid a more than fair price, but when we asked Lavern to come back he scheduled time and missed appointments again and again and now just doesn't reply, so I guess I have to move on to another service that will show up and return calls. 3 stars because if you get them they'll do good work, but not returning messages and no shows are almost as bad as not doing the work at all. We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out. Here's what you get with these guys: Communicate effectively Show up on time Do awesome, professional work Fast but not sloppy They can match paint and get your materials Wide skill set Deliver the best outcome - not always the easiest Clean up workspace Work hard, all day and get the job done in one day Flexible and respectful to happenings like work from home, babies, etc. Payment options online, quick and easy. Friendly service, honestly, you feel like they really care about the outcome. Use these guys - they've been the best we've seen in contractors/handymen in a long, long, looooong time. We will use them again!
