I got tired of reading reviews where others were quoted for exact items then given ridicules quotes when they arrive. I saw all the Steller reviews for Halting Solutions and decided to call. I called Terry and he picked answered right away and even gave me a quote over the phone! The quote was good and Terry was able to squeeze me in that day as I was between him and the next location and only had a few items. Note that I was very precise on what I wanted hauled off. Terry gave me and estimated time of arrival then called me when he was a few minutes out. When Terry showed up he was fast and efficient the best part is that the quote did not change, what I told him was going out was what was going out so there were no surprises on either side. I am downsizing drastically and had to get rid of mountains of trash and stuff that could be used by others. I found Hauling Solutions through Yelp, and am very happy that I did. First, Adam and John efficiently loaded a very large trailer full of items that they took to Goodwill. Then, Adam and Travis made short work of a trailer full of junk ranging in size from a small box to a huge bed. In both cases, the guys made sure that everything was taken that needed to be taken. Kudos to all. And kudos to Terry, the proprietor, for hiring top-notch crews and being on top of things. He suggested rescheduling the Goodwill load because of the threat of rain. And when I needed a few more days to get ready for the junk haul, he agreed without missing a beat. If I were staying in the area, Hauling Solutions would be the first place I would turn to for moving anything that couldn't fit in my car. They were fast and efficient, but were careful not to disturb item that were staying. Not only were they excellent at what they do, they were a real pleasure to do business with. I had a couple of porch column posts that my garbagemen wouldn't take because they were too big and heavy. The first place I called to haul them away laughed at me because the job was too small. When I called Terry, he was polite and kind. He arranged to pick them up the next day, and he refused to charge me since it was such a small load. I just installed 12 pallets of grass at my home. Terry and Ricky came out to remove the 12 wooden pallets, a large pile of grass sod pieces and 12 heavy lawn and leaf bags on a Saturday. I wanted there to be no surprises for anyone so I first called Terry about the 12 wooden pallets the grass was being delivered on. Then the 12 heavy lawn and leaf bags. I was cleaning out my house to get ready for a move, and I had a bunch of trash & junk I needed removed throughout my property. I called around to about 5 junk removal services for quotes, and Hauling Solutions was by far the most reasonably priced. I spoke with Terry, who was really friendly and able to get me scheduled for pick up right away. I decided to have them come by Monday afternoon. They gave me a courtesy call about 40 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. Justin & Stephanie arrived, on time, actually a little early, which was nice. They started about 3:45, and were completely finshed and pulling away by 4:45. This was a huge job, and they had to remove half of a fence, which unbeknownst to me had a huge wasps nest in it. They didnt complain, sprayed it with wasp killer, and got it taken care of. Stephanie & Justin were really friendly, impressively fast, and did a fantastic job! I could not be happier with their service, and I will definetly use them again. 5 stars all around - customer service, price, efficient & fast.
