I'm shocked there aren't 100 five star reviews on here for these guys! As the rating says five stars is "As good as it gets" and that is exactly how to rate this company! This team went above and beyond what I paid them to do. I would recommend these guys a thousand times over! Now onto my story, it's long and i don't know proper Home Depot terminology so stop here if you'd like...
Jeremy came to my house to help me remove my old broken washing machine before my new one got here. First let me just say he is one of the friendliest guys! He was so nice, helpful and just a really good guy! (and affordable prices!) When I called him I thought, "Easy 15 minute haul away and we'll be done" He came by and what I didn't know about washer tubes is that the calcium in Texas water makes them corrode onto the spigot and they are nearly impossible to get off. Jeremy is a big guy and if he couldn't get it loose, I don't think anyone could. It was like a death grip. He tried all sorts of wys to get it off, but it just wasn't moving. So we moved onto option two, take the whole spigot off. He didn't have the proper monkey wrench so he said he would be back tomorrow. At this point, I would say a lot of people would just say, sorry, my job is done, I took your old washer you have to call a plumber and he would just be on his way,but he followed through. The next day he sent over Jacob, another really nice guy! He checked out the job and ran to Home Depot to grab a monkey wrench. At this point I've noticed a small amount of water accumulating outside my door, close to where the laundry room wall is. I know is is not a good sign. I could have a leak. So Jacob comes back with the wrenches and we get the spigot off and we put the new one on. We turned the main water back on and the leak was so bad outside. A definate leak! This is when Jacob offers to go back to Home Depot to fix my pipe. Yes, really... He did. At this point he could have also said, sorry lady, sucks for you, go call an emergency plumber. At this point my new washing machine arrives and the guys who deliver it tell me that they see washing machine tubes corrode and unable to get off all the time and they usually tell the owner to call a plumber. Jacob got back from Home Depot and worked some serious magic at this point... He had to cut a piece of the pipe, fit a new replacement piece back on,had to make one more run back to Home Depot and with a whole bunch of perseverance he fixed that darn pipe! He installed my new washer, checked it out to make sure it worked and with the leak in the front of the use gone and a smile he was gone! When I say these guys went above and beyond what I asked them to do, it is no joke! They really did! I look back on today and I can't believe that they have no idea how much I appreciate the help that they gave me! They work for a appliance collection agency and both of them never stopped helping me until each layer of each new problem was fixed. Have you ever had anyone go above and beyond what you hired them to do? I don't think I ever have to this extent! I'm sitting here absolutely amazed! So, if you are wondering, should I use these guys... Yes, yes, yes, a million times over! Yes! read more
