Let's start off with the super catchy name that puts a smile on your face just saying it, these guys are awesome! I called yesterday and spoke with a very friendly representative that was able to accommodate a same day container delivery after our previous vendor cancelled on us. Pricing was fair and comparable to other vendors I've used in the past. The driver called when he was on the way as they promised and was very helpful with my crew about best placement of the container when he got there. We got the container filled in about an hour or so and I called back to have them pick it back up ASAP. It was almost 6pm so I assumed I would be leaving a message and they'd call back the next day. I had used Bin There Dump That before, but didn't remember the size (it was the 6 cubic yarder, though I thought it had been the 10 yarder), so I got the next bigger size, the 20 cubic yard dumpster. When it arrived, I thought, "Wow, way too big!" Guess what? I filled it up! Turns out not the wrong size after all! Anthony delivered and picked up the dumpster, and was professional and personable all the way. The staff at the office was always professional, too, letting me know that they had a mechanical problem with their truck, so they couldn't pick the dumpster up when expected, but that I wouldn't be charged for any extra days. Colter at Bin There Dump that went above and beyond with his service. We bought 3 Bagsters from Home Depot to put soil in from a large landscaping project and filled the bags up. But Waster Management was going to charge a lot of money per bag to pickup and also said our bags were too full so we would have to buy more and pay more for additional pickups. I reached out to Bin There Dump that on a weekend and they picked up right away. They scheduled to have a dumpster delivered to my house and it was going to be half the cost of the bagster pickups. Colter arrived at our house with the dumpster and the proceeded to use his truck to load the heavy Bagsters into the dumpster so we didn't have to do any additional work. The process was not easy but Colter was very professional throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone doing home renovations or landscaping work. read more
