I have used Bin There Dump That numerous times over the years at my house. Requesting a dumpster online is easy and they email you almost immediately to confirm. I think I was able to get one about 24 hours after my request the latest time I used them. They are very careful with your driveway (I have really expensive pavers... I TRUST them!) I was clearing out a bunch of stuff that I had inherited and / or collected that Goodwill couldn't or wouldn't take. Sometimes you just gotta toss stuff, and I will always go to Bin There first! This place is amazing. I reached out to Bin There Dump That to get a dumpster before we move. They were kind and helpful. When I had some confusion over what I ordered and what the price was, they were quick to respond and accommodating. They honored the price and apologized for a miscommunication. I truly feel that great service is in how a company responds to these types of things, and BTDT really took care of me. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you! read more

Bin There Dump That is mega-awesome, y'all! Colter (the owner himself) just dropped off this cute green dumpster (insofar as dumpsters can be considered cute, right?) and the neighbors are all a-goggle! They're probably secretly planning to make use of it to de-clutter their own houses when night falls! Haha! I must admit that the adorable name of the company is what initially drew me (marketing works every time!), but the great, all-inclusive price, the same day response, the care with which Colter placed the dumpster, the neighborhood-friendly feel of it, and the local loveliness of the whole company makes this team my official, time-to-spring-clean, go-to dumpster peeps from now on! read more

Bin There Dump That - Austin North - This dumpster is a cutie patootie, y'all! - Dumpster Rental Near Me

My husband and I have been using Bin There Dump That since approximately November 2018. They have been an incredible company to work with. Not only do they answer their phones (trust me, it's rare in this industry!), but they're personable and very quick to delivery/pick-up. Everyone we have encountered has been kind and contagiously happy. We look forward to continuing to use them. Truth be told, it's hard to write reviews on the companies that we love because we don't want them to not be able to accommodate us going forward. Fingers crossed us little people don't get lost in the mix as the 5 star reviews flood in. Thank you again Colter and family. read more

I checked out a couple of companies before choosing Bin There. I felt something was off with the other 2 I talked to. With Bin There, felt at ease, they were upfront and offered a good price. I had several questions through the process and they were always quick and professional with a response. Highly recommend. read more

I had been debating on getting a dumpster to help with all the renovations I had been doing since it was going to be too much to just throw in contractor bags and have picked up every trash day. After sitting on it for awhile I found Bin There Dump That and they were very responsive and very prompt. Claudia was very pleasant and eager to help, she made everything super easy. If I need to rent another bin I know she will be the first person I reach out to! read more

I chose Bin There Dump That because of their clever name, and I'm so glad that I did! They delivered my dumpster within 2 hours of ordering it, swapped it out on the same day that I requested it when I needed another one, and let me keep it for 2 extra days without charging me because of the holiday weekend! Thank you Lexie!! They were professional, timely, and affordable. If you need a dumpster, call Bin There Dump That! I highly recommend them! read more

We have used Bin There Dump That for several years now and consistently they provide great service and great value. I have always been able to book the size dumpster, and it was delivered on time/place right in the location where I requested. They also are flexible if I needed an extra day or two to finish up my projects; the daily rate is very reasonable past your 1 week. Definitely would use again!!! read more

Great experience and service from Bin There Dump That! We needed a 20 yd dumpster to clear out our yard and house for moving and they had exactly what we needed. They delivered timely, called to check in on me and picked up right on time. Highly recommend!! read more

Let's start off with the super catchy name that puts a smile on your face just saying it, these guys are awesome! I called yesterday and spoke with a very friendly representative that was able to accommodate a same day container delivery after our previous vendor cancelled on us. Pricing was fair and comparable to other vendors I've used in the past. The driver called when he was on the way as they promised and was very helpful with my crew about best placement of the container when he got there. We got the container filled in about an hour or so and I called back to have them pick it back up ASAP. It was almost 6pm so I assumed I would be leaving a message and they'd call back the next day. Nope, I was wrong- the same friendly person answered and this time knew who I was. They are picking the container up this morning and I'm confident the experience will be just as pleasant. Thanks Bin There Dump That crew, y'all saved the day with your awesome service! read more

This is a top-notch operation. Initial booking was very easy with great availability. They explained all the options very thoroughly and helped me think through what was best for my situation. The delivery and pick-up were both stellar. These guys could do auto-cross in these trucks, I was astonished. They made their way up my tight driveway with ease and couldn't have been more friendly or courteous. Overall, extremely impressed. Wish I could get this kind of service across all aspects of construction. If you're a weekend warrior taking on your own project and need a reliable and professional operation, look no further than this team! read more

I had used Bin There Dump That before, but didn't remember the size (it was the 6 cubic yarder, though I thought it had been the 10 yarder), so I got the next bigger size, the 20 cubic yard dumpster. When it arrived, I thought, "Wow, way too big!" Guess what? I filled it up! Turns out not the wrong size after all! Anthony delivered and picked up the dumpster, and was professional and personable all the way. The staff at the office was always professional, too, letting me know that they had a mechanical problem with their truck, so they couldn't pick the dumpster up when expected, but that I wouldn't be charged for any extra days. I highly recommend Bin There Dump That. My neighbor saw the dumpster, and she needs one also, so I think she'll be calling Bin There Dump That. read more

Colter at Bin There Dump that went above and beyond with his service. We bought 3 Bagsters from Home Depot to put soil in from a large landscaping project and filled the bags up. But Waster Management was going to charge a lot of money per bag to pickup and also said our bags were too full so we would have to buy more and pay more for additional pickups. I reached out to Bin There Dump that on a weekend and they picked up right away. They scheduled to have a dumpster delivered to my house and it was going to be half the cost of the bagster pickups. Colter arrived at our house with the dumpster and the proceeded to use his truck to load the heavy Bagsters into the dumpster so we didn't have to do any additional work. The process was not easy but Colter was very professional throughout. I would highly recommend to anyone doing home renovations or landscaping work. read more

This is our third time using BTDT for dumpster rental and haul-off. Our projects have been complicated, with uncertain timelines, and Colter was more flexible and agreeable than you can possibly imagine (especially in the remodeling/construction biz in Austin these days). Super helpful and professional, timely, careful - just an all-around great experience. If you need to rent a dumpster, these are your people! read more

These guys are the best. Super-responsive, personable, friendly, and flexible. Seriously, don't go anywhere else.

Very happy. Roland had the old treadmill loaded before I even stepped outside to greet and pay him. It was waiting for the haul-away service outside. He was nice and prompt, I would definitely use them again. They were priced right, the cheapest of about 7 quotes I got. Definitely get a quote from these fellas! Two thumbs up. read more

I was 100% completely satisfied with bin there dump that services. I needed to weed out my house very quickly because my fiancé was moving in. Another company in Austin, I had lined up for a dumpster completely bailed on me the last minute. I called bin there dump that and they were able to bring me a dumpster to complete my project in less than three hours. They were very fast on the pick up and drop off. Their customer service was phenomenal. I encourage y'all to use this company for your garbage removal needs. I will be using them again in the near future. read more
