Corey and crew have been keeping my lawn looking good for going on five years now. From mowing,…read moretrimming, irrigation system maintenance to minor sod work, Perfection Landscape has helped me keep my little home on the path of suburban comfort. As with most years, the first month of the new mowing season are a little choppy for getting done what has been left on the back burner during winter and Perfection is ready to help get Spring underway. Rain interruptions, schedule conflicts and general last-minute hiccups in getting yard work done in the early spring make for some forced patience but good communications with Corey and his outstanding work ethic (goes for his crew as well) always ends up making me, the customer, right in choosing Perfection Landscape as my regular yard care professionals. Yard is looking good. Come on by Corey can be pleased with the good work you do. Must find more projects for them to do (flower beds? Maybe). Save me the stress and make my home a happier looking house.

Homeowner beware! Perfection Landscape was contacted by my mother to handle her yardwork for both…read morethe front and back yards. While they may have been great in the beginning, their service started lacking and falling. There were times that I would have to go over and mow her yard because Perfection had just been there and it didn't appear they had touched anything. They offer weed-eating, but that wasn't ever done past their first visit. The yard was never 'lined up' or edge. The straw that broke the camel's back was when their mower picked up a rock and it hit the driver's window of my mother's car. No one bothered to tell her about it. Instead she had to find out the following day when leaving for a medical appointment. She replaced the window. When she called Perfection to cancel service, the operative on the phone got hostile with her claiming that the mowers NEVER kick up rocks. That the mowers ALWAYS do a wonderful job. That Perfection REFUSES to accepts responsibility for the broken window, or their crap service. My mother's yard looks impeccable at this very moment... my brother-in-law went and did everything that Perfection was hired to do, and failed.

I've been using Affordable Lawn Care for about five years now. I have two rental properties and I…read morelike to keep their appearance up. In general, I am happy with the results. They come out about evert two weeks in the spring and early summer and less often in the winter as well as dormant times in the late dry summers. My only complaint has been their use of a weed eater to trim bushes. It spew bush material all over the house walls and windows. However, once I mentioned that, they changed their method, so I don't ding them for that. Overall, I consider them honest and reliable. I would recommend.

The recent rains had our weeds sprouting up like, well, you know, and being busy professionals ourselves, we just didn't have the time to keep up with it. The by-phone estimate for 43,560 square feet of yard was $100. Within 2 hours of our call, a team of 3 fully equipped lawn ninjas were relayed to our property. Due to the deplorable condition of our yard (lots of 2 foot high weeds - yikes- plus a huge hill to mow & weed-eat), the estimate grew to $175, which we were happy to pay to get the yard back under control. Within 90 minutes after *that*, our huge yard had been completely transformed: all grass cut to golf course specs, 200 ft concrete driveway edged, weed-eating done around 20+ trees and the pool fence, steep hillside trimmed perfectly, cuttings mulched back into the lawn. Holy cow! I am impressed. Your experience may vary, but we were lucky to call on the day for which ALM happened to be in our part of town, so we received same day service. What a relief to find a lawn service that is so prompt, thorough, and reliable. Our neighbors will be happy to know that we will now be on the regular biweekly rotation for ALM.

Jeff arrived every couple of weeks and always did a fine job of cutting, edging, and sweeping up my lawn. Before long, Jeff hired a crew to work for him. On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. At this point I will always go to them first anytime I need anything done outside my house.
