Exceptional Experience from Jacob…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Urban Bathroom, and especially about Jacob. From the moment I walked in, Jacob went above and beyond with extraordinary care, kindness, and thoughtful guidance throughout my entire selection process. Choosing the right product line to complete a bathroom can feel overwhelming, but Jacob made it seamless. He took the time to truly understand my vision, walked me through options with patience and expertise, and offered thoughtful recommendations that balanced design, quality, and practicality. I never felt rushed or pressured--only supported. What stood out most was Jacob's attention to detail and his sincere commitment to helping me make the right choices, not just a sale. His professionalism, warmth, and deep product knowledge transformed what could have been a stressful process into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Urban Bathroom is the best of the best. If you're looking for expert guidance, beautiful product lines, and exceptional customer care, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended. I have no personal ties, just a consumer who appreciates honesty, integrity, authenticity in today's chaotic world. Humanity and respect defines this business from beginning to end.

Absolutely terrible experience at Superior Moulding…read more I brought back materials for a return and was told to unload everything myself -- which took time and effort -- only to be told AFTER the fact that they wouldn't accept the return because it was "past 10 days" and "might be wet." So let me get this straight: instead of checking the return eligibility first, they had me do all the labor, then denied it once everything was already offloaded. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time and effort. If there are strict return policies, why not communicate that BEFORE making someone unload a full load of material? To make it worse, after putting me through all that, they expected me to load everything back up myself again. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, no basic customer service. I would not recommend doing business here unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your effort doesn't matter.

Before coming here, I walked into another showroom where the guy was glued to his phone, didn't acknowledge me, and didn't even say hello. The contrast was immediate. From the moment I walked in, I was helped by someone who was clearly passionate, attentive, and genuinely motivated to help with our build-out plan while actively showing us inventory in the showroom. What really stood out was the pricing and professionalism. They quotes us about $5,000 cheaper than another company, which made a huge difference for us. We were extremely satisfied with the entire process, from the sales quote to the delivery. Communication was clear, expectations were set properly, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The team, Uriel, Pablo, and Cesar, were one of the most coordinated teams I've seen in a long time. Everything was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. If you want someone who truly cares are your project and makes sure you get your money's worth, ask to speak with them directly, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a Sub-Zero Pro line refrigerator and freezer from UAKC. The overall experience was…read moreincredible. I highly recommend the experience from product information to purchase to installation. Product Info and Discovery: I was surprised to learn that not all Sub-Zero retailers are the same. Given that we already had a Sub-Zero and were replacing it after more than 30 years of usage, we started our process at the Sub-Zero showroom in Costa Mesa. This location was purely informational, as they don't sell at that location, but we were able to see and compare every unit. We visited a Ferguson Home but was disappointed at not being able to see the unit we were looking to purchase and because the salesperson was not fully aware of all the features of the model. We ultimately purchased from UAKC because the units were were interested were not just side by side, but powered on to the same level of coldness that you would have in your home. That was huge for us as it helped us understand how cold our drinks would be and how cold our foods would be chilled in each compartment. Purchase: I worked with MD Rayhan on the purchase process. MD was helpful in providing "crowd sourced" feedback from his other customers to help me choose between the Pro and Classic models. Specifically, I wanted to understand if the Pro freezer was going to be too small (it runs about 50% smaller than my prior Classic freezer) or if it was simply moving along with the consumer trend toward more fresh foods. Given that Sub-Zero pricing is fixed regardless of retailer, MD helped me find manufacture rebates that I qualified for and was market competitive on installation costs. Lastly, MD helped find inventory and schedule my delivery so that I could get the new unit installed as soon as possible. Installation: UAKC sent a four person team of certified installers led by Juan and Alex. The certified expertise was helpful because it got us a longer 3 year warranty, but the expertise around the equipment was also invaluable. From unboxing the unit on our driveway to carrying the 650 pound unit up a few stairs, removing a door and leaning the unit through our doorway, everything was done professionally, cleanly and with no scratches to home or refrigerator. They even polished the unit and removed all the plastic film covering the stainless steel panels so that the refrigerator was ready to be used. The entire process took about two hours. Couldn't ask for more.

YOU comment like we were communicating about this all along but you prefer to ignore customers with product problems. If you had communicated as fast and verbosely at the time, it would have been a better experience. You never did resolve my problem and probably thought I just "dropped the issue" and silently went away. I couldn't have done that Igor, because I needed to use my refrigerator. Your "people" chose to ignore my issue.and drop me. Honestly had I thought that the same ownership was still with this company, I never would have walked back in your store. For SURE I wont make that mistake again! Instead of making excuses about how sorry you are with your cookie cutter language I've see you write to all complaints, I'd advise you to look deeper at how a huge number of x-customers have experienced your business. Friends and family accolades don't count! And...as I said I was able to save hundreds of dollars by NOT purchasing through you. When I did my homework, Best Buy and Costco both have great customer service that I have personally experienced on a number of items and they matched the lowest price and that's where I saved a lot because I did NOT buy from Universal Appliances. Again, my explanation. Is directly related to my own personal experience from your store in Studio City. I will agree, the woman that spoke with us a couple of weeks ago was very kind - and she did not deserve being told to deliver to us the news about our account being flagged...especially because it was many years before she was even there! In a better run business, a manager should have done that (spoken to the customer directly) but then, poor management is what we are talking about here all along....
