Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

I called AAA who sent someone out from fort Bragg but his knowledge was limited to trying to jump start the battery. I thanked him but asked around and was directed to Schlafer's which is right in town. I spoke to Judy, and she sent Ricky Santos who was there within 2 minutes, tried several ways of getting the car started and we agreed that it was a bad starter and it needed to go to the shop. He was able to unlock the wheel. We pushed the car out into the parking lot. He pushed it to the end of the parking lot while I drove it, and I cruised down the hill to the shop. That was maybe 1:00. At 4:00 p.m. I got a call from Mike in the shop saying the car was ready. I had already asked around to my husband, and some shops here in Los Osos where I live, and they said the total bill including parts and labor should be around $600 to 675. I picked my car up and paid $665. The car has run perfectly since. I feel that they made a real effort to be helpful and to move quickly on behalf of two old ladies camping in a van out of town. It was a very smooth experience, and they were all so helpful and went out of their way.
