The owner was in on his day off, but took care of our car problem and made sure it was done right.

My husband and I had a slow leak (a screw!) in one of fifth wheel tires. We pulled in and they helped us right away! Awesome service and friendly staff! Now we can continue our trip up the coast! I highly recommend them. read more

I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I am writing this as I am still waiting at 4:55pm. Therefore, the 2 stars. Also, two others came in after me with the same work to be done, and they were done before me. UPDATE: I finally got out of there around 5:30pm. But I am raising my review to 4 stars. The guy that checked me out admitted that the mechanics grabbed two other tickets before mine, and because of that he gave me a discount on my services. Mistakes happen, and he corrected for it. read more

North Coast Tire Pros in Fort Bragg is one of those rare gems where you feel like your vehicle, and you, are genuinely cared for. I've brought several different cars, trucks, and basically anything with wheels to them over the years, and every time the service has been top-notch. David is the spirit of this entire place. You can tell the moment you walk in, his energy sets the tone. He's knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. He doesn't just fix cars. He builds trust. Whether it's a quick tire patch or something way more involved, David treats you like, you matter. What stands out most is their consistency. The whole team operates with the same care and professionalism, and that's clearly a reflection of David's leadership. North Coast Tire Pros isn't just a shop, it's part of the Fort Bragg community, and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. read more

I am the shop owner of Ingolstadt West German car specialists in Los Angeles. My long time customer and friend moved to the north coast and ran into trouble with his Porsche. He had terrible steering wheel wobble and the vehicle felt unsafe to drive. He called me in a panic and I took to Yelp to find a solution. I found North Coast tire and called David. David was extremely helpful and friendly and took my customer in immediately to assist. North Coast tire found a bent wheel but was able to balance it to perfection and there is no longer any wobble. David went above and beyond to help an out of town shop and new to town customer. This is how business should be! Thank you David and I would vouch for you and your shop any time! -BRAD read more

I got a flat tire from fallen tree branches on 128 on my way into Mendocino yesterday. Sidewall of the tire was completely wrecked and I drove into town last night on a donut panicking. Was so stressed and thought this short trip would be ruined. I figured the rest of the road trip was toast and I'd have to call around all day today trying to find help with my tire, just so I could get back home safely tomorrow. Well these guys fit me in right away this morning, despite overhearing that they were even short staffed today too. For someone who was in dire need of a small victory, this really felt like a miracle! They luckily had the right size tire in stock which completely saved us and our road trip. A full tire replacement was done in under an hour and David was kind and knowledgeable, really helped me out on short notice. If you have a tire emergency on your road trip I'd check here first! And I didn't get price gouged for being an out-of-towner who was obviously pretty desperate in an emergency situation. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. They are honest and helpful people at this shop and I am seriously so grateful! read more

He went beyond what he needed to do and said we need to take care of each other and I just wanted to cry ! Very rude, we needed our flat tire fixed, we said I don't have time for that shit. I don't recommend this place if you are traveling. We went down the road to Adam's tire service and they took us right away and fixed our flat and we were on our way. read more

I received the worst service ever from North Coast Tires. Dropped off my truck in the morning and was told when to return and it wasn't done so they said come back at the end of the day and still not done. They had my vehicle all day and did nothing. Do not patronize this business unless you want to waste an entire day. read more

Had a part hanging from car on a trip. They were kind enough to get us right in and take care of it. Thank you for the great service and kindness. read more

I went to this shop during my travel with a busted tire. They did not have the specific tire size for my car in either new or used cars. However, they still checked out if my old tire could be fixed, ensured all other tires were in good shape including fixing the tire pressure and tightening of my lug nuts for the donut tire. This enabled me to drive back to my home and get my car fixed. In the end, they didn't charge me a dime because according to them, they couldn't really fix my problem fully despite a person spending 20-30 mins fixing things for me. Genuinely nice people :) read more

While visiting Fort Bragg last month, I had an issue with my tires. Les Schwab messed up during tire rotation which caused 50% of the problems. North Coast fixed the problems fast. Cost was great and their staff were awesome. I wish they were in my home town! read more

I love this place! I have been getting tires and mechanical work done here for more than 10 years.I trust them to do a good job at a reasonable price, I have had very good exeperiences with all manner of work done from broken leaf springs, bad fuel injectors to oil changes and new timing belts. David in the front office is so very friendly and personable. I have never heard him be rude or discourteous to anyone. Even when there are 3 people in line and 3 on hold on the phone. I have been to plenty of tire and mechanical repair places through the years and this place is number one, read more

Excellent service and honest as the day is long! Not all small town companies are run with this high standard of service (because they can get away with it when there aren't other options) -- North Coast Tire is wonderful and I'm grateful to have them in Fort Bragg. They jumped my battery and checked it (to make sure it wasn't bad -- and it wasn't) for free. I then returned to have a leak in a front tire fixed, which they did quickly, with reasonable cost, and I've had no problems. Nice, nice people at this business! read more

Last Friday afternoon, while driving our 6 year old grandson to play mini golf, the right front tire on our 1 year old Volvo started screeching. What to do? The obvious place was North Coast Tire. Rick, the owner, heard us as we drove in and within minutes had the tire removed, power sprayed the area he assumed was the problem, replaced the tire and all was quiet! He even found the like culprit, a small rock, on the ground. He saved our day! Thank you Rick. We feel so lucky to live in a town with great businesses like North Coast Tire. read more

These guys are great !!!! I have brought my vehicles to them for over 20 years and have always been extremely happy with their service. My friend was visiting from the Bay Area and had trouble with his brakes. NCT was able to fit him into the schedule the same day and charged around half of what that would have cost in the Bay Area. NCT has always been knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Would give more stars if I could! read more

On the first full day of our vacation in Mendocino, we discovered that the "low tire pressure" warning involved a rather large gash on the inside wall of the left rear tire. On the recommendation of locals, we stopped at North Coast Tire Pros. It turned out that the only option was to order a new tire. We were told that coastal towns don't usually carry this particular size and that deliveries by third parties don't always arrive as scheduled. We steeled ourselves to spend another 2-3 days in paradise. David (Ferretti) took a picture of the damage, processed the order, and we waited. All along, we appreciated the helpful attitude, explanations, good humor and service. We were lucky, the tire arrived on the first available day. Our situation was resolved efficiently, at a reasonable cost, and with memorable service. THANK YOU guys and keep up the good work! read more

Patched my flat super fast and cheap too. Very friendly and informative service.

Ah-mazing! I was driving up the coast from Elk, and got a nail in my tire. I stopped in to North Coast Tire at 4:20 (heh) on a Wednesday- despite being close to closing time, they helped me right away. Everyone was wearing masks, and were super friendly. They even had dog treats for my pup while we waited (masked, and safely outside). A well-earned 5-stars for North Coast Tire! Thank you! read more
