Not only was the food not good, but the waitress was terrible, and ruined the evening. Didn't receive water for at least 20 minutes, .She knew we were annoyed with her as I waved frantically for attention. At that she went to the manager, and he never came over. I guess they attempted to rectify things by getting our order out quickly. Our soups came piping hot, and about 15 minutes later, our entrees arrived, while we were still eating soup. It was my first time trying a Redstone American Grill. This location is a standalone restaurant with ample indoor seating, and they have a happy hour at the bar outside as well that was kind of loud, but I guess if you're having a drink during happy hour, you want it to be lively. On to the food, I went with the Shrimp Scampi, now I must say the shrimp was actually quite delish, you can get it either fried or grilled. The pasta however was confusing, let me explain, this is not my first rodeo ordering Shrimp Scampi and when it came out, I initially thought they served me the wrong meal as I was expecting white garlic sauce, or something more reminiscent of what I am accustomed to when ordering SS. I have included a picture of what it looks like so you can form your own opinion, it was decent, but I would not order it from here if I came back. My gf ordered some sort of tuna that looked like sushi grade sashimi tuna. She said it was good. Now here is the kicker, if I were to come back and order let's say steak for instance, all of their steaks are priced at $50+. I am not running back at those price points. I must comment on their signature drink; it is a take on the Stoli Doli pineapple infused vodka that is normally served at capital grille. I was not a fan as it didn't taste like it was mixed well. I also found it extremely confusing how their "signature" drink" can be an item that is served at an entirely different restaurant, unless they own both restaurants I feel like that could even make them liable in a court, but again what do I know, I know I won't be getting that cocktail again here that much I know. Their other staple is the cornbread appetizer at $20. I did not indulge but if you want the real experience of their signature items that is the other "signature" item. Place was well laid out and decorated (Upper Dublin). They had live music which was in the bar and at an acceptable level so you could still have a conversation. Service at the bar was a bit slow considering there was only 8 of us seated. The waitress was very pleasant and courteous. We had a food allergy at our table of 10 and she was on top of it. Food was all presented very well. Burger was good but nothing too special. Others liked their dinners. We had several appetizers that were all devoured. Severely disappointed in our dinner. The prices were pretty high, for food that was mediocre. We had calamari appetizer; the flavor was good but it was chewy. My friend had the 14 ounce ribeye, ordered medium rare. It didn't seem to be 14 ounces, but perhaps it cooked down. However,it was very tough for a ribeye and not cooked medium rare. It seemed to be not only a poor quality of beef, but cooked incorrectly. I had the mahi mahi sandwich, which was $26, but the fish was about the size of half a hamburger bun. There was no salt at all in the fish, and it lacked flavor. The dessert, cookies with ice cream, was excellent, and large enough to share. The server was excellent as well. We keep wanting to like this place, but the prices don't justify the quality of the food. read more

I dined at another Redstone location before I was a Yelp user and from what I recall, the meal was not memorable. This time, however, I enjoyed everything that was served to me. A friend and I had a reservation for 7 PM and we were seated promptly. It wasn't busy for a Tuesday night. I started with the Cider Sangria - it didn't taste like a typical sangria but I didn't really get cider from it either. I didn't hate it but I'd probably get a different cocktail next time. I ordered a small plate and a starter salad as my meal. The Bang Bang cauliflower was excellent with the chipotle ranch. Any vegetable that is fried and smothered in sauce always tastes better, right? The salad and balsamic vinaigrette dressing were tasty. The best part = the spicy walnuts! I could've split the salad with my friend because it was huge. The banana cream pie... just wow. While I wasn't expecting it to look like that, the taste was similar to Magnolia Bakery's banana pudding but with drizzled caramel. This is something I wouldn't mind eating over and over. Upper Dublin is convenient for me as it's only 25 mins from home. Definitely worth coming here when you need a quick bite. read more

The decor was so nice. A fire going inside a case in the lobby area. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking outside. The hostess was so sweet. She immediately got us seated. Our server Jimmy was OUTSTANDING!!! A true professional and knowledgeable of the menu and specials. Sometimes you just get that server who rises above and shines. This is Jimmy. Couldn't ask for better. He explained about items on the menu and ask if we had any questions. He attended to everything we needed promptly. Our drinks never got near the bottom of our glasses before two new drinks were delivered quickly. The food! WOW!!!! I got the Red Snapper Fish Piccata. Delicious!! Prepared perfectly. A perfect blend of the ingredients the way a true Piccata should taste. My wife ordered the chicken pot pie. Love the garnish of rosemary sticking out from the middle of it. I had to try hers. Excellent! The crust was truly flaky and delicious. The whole thing was super tasty. The appearance & presentation of our food was done so well. As great as it looked, the food tasted that much better. We had no leftovers. Our compliments to the chef. Kudos to Redstone American Grill for hiring such great staff and making our experience one that was so enjoyable. We will be returning. One of my favorite places to eat now. So disappointed!! I could not wait to go back and have the cornbread skillet again. I knew as soon as I took a bit it was not the same and it was because it was not cooked all the way. We mentioned it to our waiter and he said he could ask to make a new one but we felt awkward and thought maybe it was just moist like the waiter had said. We asked him to box it and continued our meal. When we opened it at home we were able to really get a good look at it and the bottom was raw. The cornbread was the only reason that I came back! For a $25 for cornbread that you are known for making, it should come out perfect each time. Honestly, I felt like it should have been taken off our bill. What a bummer! read more

Everything I've had there was extremely good. Their lobster bisque was excellent; the ribeye was scrumptious. They had a bread that came with fig preserves, garlic butter and olive oil, and that was out of sight. The bread alone, was very delicious. This is my first time at the restaurant. I have considered it before but never committed to trying it until tonight. The menu is on the pricey side and there aren't any specials. The atmosphere is nice and they're very excited for the spring when they can use their patio area. Our server was Shannon who was quite pleasant and helpful. We started with the fried green beans which were done perfectly. The dipping sauce was tasty and a nice compliment. I figured I would try the beef Wellington. It was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. The beets were also tasty. I didn't try the flatbread but it looked great. They seem to have a solid menu and dishes are nicely prepared and plated with attention to detail. It's not a place I will frequent, but they do a nice job. I've been a loyal Redstone customer for over a decade, so it brings me no joy to write this -- but the experience I had at the Upper Dublin location on April 28, 2025, was one of the most disappointing and distressing restaurant visits I've ever had. What started as a simple dinner with my significant other quickly unraveled due to confusion with our server, long delays, and incorrect orders (including missing items like the cornbread we paid for). Even more upsetting was the response when we voiced our concerns: the manager was combative, dismissive, and condescending, offering no solution and instead escalating the situation by threatening to involve the police -- over a request for proper change and a receipt. What followed was shocking: staff recording us outside without consent, and describing us to police while we were calmly waiting for resolution. We filed a report ourselves out of concern and have the entire incident on video. I've hosted birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations at Redstone for years -- but after this, I left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. The staff lacked empathy, professionalism, and any sense of accountability. I've submitted a formal complaint to corporate and sincerely hope this location is reviewed for conduct and training. No guest should be made to feel like a threat for simply asking to be treated fairly. read more

We were seated promptly and our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. We decided to order drinks first. We had the Redstone signature drink that's made with the pineapples. I'm pretty sure it's the very first drink on the cocktails list. I enjoyed it, my husband not so much but he's not really into the fruity drinks, he just wanted to try it, so that meant more for me. We decided on appetizer's and we chose to get the buffalo jumbo shrimp as well as the wings fried naked and we asked for sauce on the side for the wings and they brought us out a whole bunch of sauce to try. The appetizers were really good. Everything was cooked perfect. We moved onto our entrées in which we ordered the New York strip steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli as well as the braised short rib with mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was all delicious. We ended it with dessert which we chose to have the crème brûlée and the banana pudding. I preferred the banana pudding and my husband preferred the crème brûlée. I had a taste of both and they both were good. We had such a great time. We definitely will be back. read more

AARON made me feel very welcomed and helped me get in touch with Nicole Bradley, Redstone Event Planer/Manager, who was AWESOME at her job. She helped me with creating the best menu for the dinner; she just did everything to give me a peace-of-mind that everything would be perfect for my Mom's birthday dinner. I was told by all my dinner guests that attended the dinner how DELICIOUS ALL THE FOOD WAS and HOW THE WAITERS/WAITRESSES WERE GREAT WITH THEIR SERVICE MAKING SURE ALL FOOD WAS SERVED HOT AND ALL THEIR REQUESTS WERE MET!!! Next came the main event; dinner consisted of (1) Prime Rib and (2) a peppery pasta dish mixed in a creamy sauce. Burgers were sloppy and greasy. Where did they get that bacon? Appetizers were uniformly greasy. Calamari breading was falling off. Peppers still had stems on. The Bar-b-Q stuff was overdone. Mac and cheese was large but tasteless. I was visiting relatives for the weekend (3/7). We've been to the one in MD and it was much better than this one. We were greeted by several members of their diverse staff which was awesome. This is a "must go" every time we are in Horsham, PA. I'm already excited about enjoying my leftovers. It was pretty crowded on this Friday evening...from the bar area to the surrounding dining areas; however, we didn't feel crammed or limited with space. I highly recommend booking ahead. We were seated within a few minutes of arriving. We didn't grab the salt & pepper as their dishes were full of flavor. They were very considerate of my sesame allergy & event place an "allergy embroidered toothpick" in my dish to reassure me that they took note of my allergy. Fall of the bone delicious! A loaded baked potato 9/10 and Coleslaw 7/10. My daughter got 2 Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, 10/10 and the Mac & Cheese, the Mac & Cheese was just ok. It could use a sharp cheese , so it gets a 7/10. I'm not a drinker, so I ordered the Designated Sleigh Driver (see pictures for ingredients). Came here on a random weeknight so it wasn't as busy as I anticipated but getting seated did take a little longer than I would've believed. Our server, Jasmine I believe, was super sweet and did not hesitate to allow for modifications on our mains. We order the margherita flatbread and calamari to start. Calamari was a tad bit greasy but the flatbread was topped all thru with the tomatoes and fixins; def ordering that again. Mains were the redstone burger and crabcakes. Redstone's Lodge Cornbread ($6 for Wedge) -- (7/10) I thought the flavor was nice as I'm already a big fan of cornbread. This was the grittier type of cornbread with corn bits on the inside, and I found that it was a bit dry. The maple butter it is served with could also have a stronger maple flavor. Shrimp Scampi ($28) -- (8/10) The pasta was cooked well, and I think they use the same shrimp from the Buffalo Jumbo Shrimp appetizer. The flavors were light and savory. I asked for lemon on the side to squeeze over my dish. Overall, I docked some points from the savory food because it could generally use more salt and seasoning. Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet ($13) -- (8/10) Can't go wrong with a cookie skillet! I wish they used a smaller pan though so that the cookie could be thicker and give you a gooier center! My Final Thoughts -- I really enjoyed my experience here! Our waitress was really nice and accommodating. Made a reservation for a brunch through an app. Brunch did not happen. Our Server Karla was so amazing she knew I was disappointed we didn't get brunch. The wife and I ordered skillet of Cornbread, dry ranch rub wings and the misses ordered a half a rack of ribs with Mac and cheese I had the general tso turkey burger with baked beans with burnt ends.
