Environment - clean and bright. There is a handful of table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy your purchase. Service - nice and quick! Answered all of my questions. Food/Drink - I thought it was the season for a hot drink (I would have gotten a flat white) but ended up with an iced vanilla latte with whole milk. The coffee was strong and drink was not too sweet. I loved that the vanilla and sweetener did not overpower the bean. There is also a small selection of pastry if you wanted something to consume as well. Will definitely be back! I'm so glad this place opens early! I dropped off my sister off the train station and was intending to stay for a short while after buying coffee beans for family. It was a Joyful delight to discover that there is a current deal going on where you're offered a free handcrafted drink for buying coffee beans! So I received a matcha latte, and got further blessed by an awesome seahorse latte artwork. There is a good amount of seating available for work, study, and conversations. I have tried their Matcha and coffee. I would say I prefer their Matcha drinks way over their coffee because I personally do not like the sour after taste (from certain coffee shops). Additionally, They whisk their Matcha instead of premixing it as well, which I liked and appreciated it very much! Another thing is they open at 6:30am, and it is perfect for me since I usually leave my place and go to work around that time. Interior of the coffee shop is neat, quiet, clean and nice! The reason why I give 3 stars instead of 5 because of their portion size. I would say 60% of the drink from the Matcha I got was ice, and their pricing vs the size is on the pricier side. Yummy coffee!!! Today I tried a strawberry latte which is a seasonal flavor. I asked them to make it less sweet. It was absolutely delicious they use strawberry puree NOT fake syrup! The strawberry flavor did a delicate dance on my taste buds at the conclusion of every sip. The floral lavender blended beautifully with the earthy matcha, the best lavender matcha latte I've had so far. It was refreshing, very smooth, and unique. My boyfriend ordered their new seasonal Banana Cream Mocha, and he absolutely adored it. It had a natural banana flavor, none of that artificial aftertaste, and the mocha complemented it so well. I stopped by Redshift to get my latte and it did not disappoint. The menu is classic and clever via their signature selections. Freshly baked pastries were in the case but I had already eaten breakfast and will try next time Parking was easy. There is a lovely indoor seating area. Service was great. With the name of red shift coffee, you would think that this place is edgy or a little grungy but when you walk in this place is very calm and serene. A perfect place to get some work done or just enjoy some relaxation at a coffee shop. When I walked in, I was kindly greeted. I ordered my standard dirty chai with two shots of espresso. The drink was served in a beautiful glass and was very aesthetic. Once I received my order the only thing I would note is that the dirty chai was very very sweet for my liking. I would definitely order half sweetness next time since I like a more balanced drink and in my opinion it wasn't really balanced, leaned very very sweet, which is why I gave the four stars instead of five. Found this cute coffee shop while out running errands. It's very cozy inside! I ordered the gingerbread latte since it's Christmas time. I had asked them to make it as hot as possible bc most of the time I get a lukewarm coffee. Unfortunately, it was still lukewarm. But the presentation was beautiful and it was yummy. I really wanted to like this place more, especially after seeing others' reviews, but they unfortunately didn't quite meet expectations. My girlfriend and I stopped by during my lunch break. Upon entering, the cafe was pretty spacious and had lots of cool merch. When we ordered our matcha flight and sandwich, I appreciated that the barista let us know it'd be about 10 minutes. Our sandwich was incredible, I loved the crisp and the cheese they used. Our flight on the other hand wasn't incredible. TLDR: a must try if you love smooth milky coffees This is a small business specializing in RAF, a Russian style coffee made by steaming cream, espresso, and sugar together. It results in the smoothest, lightest, creamiest warm latte ever. Redshift makes theirs with vanilla syrup. I got mine half sweetened (which was not recommended by the owners) but my Asian mom knows what she likes, and half sweet was perfect. Should I be sad or glad that they're far away from me? The raspberry coffee is good, but there is this one employee who is extremely rude.. My first time going, I was in line with my significant other and there was an individual in front of us ordering. I went to pick up a menu they had on a clipboard as to not waste the cashiers time when I got to the front, however, when I quietly reached for the menu, the cashier with light colored hair and blue eyes said "Can you not wait your turn?" I was so embarrassed and said "im so sorry I thought there was more than one menu, I didn't mean to come off as impatient" and he glared at me and said "please return the menu". I put it back and apologized again.. I thought they had more menus..and he ignored me entirely. My significant other ended up not ordering because of how rude and impatient this man was. I gave it a second chance thinking maybe I came off as impatient/rude by taking the menu (even though it wasnt intentional and thought they had more than one menu). He always seems impatient when I get to the front, and when I ask him questions he is not very helpful and is uncomfortable to ask him anything.. I asked if they had any more danishes and he said "what you see is what we have". Then while I was ordering a drink, a girl in her 30's comes up and politely asks for a water cup. He says "There are water cups over there" and points to a water station behind her. She then says "Im wondering if I could have a bigger cup so I dont have to continue getting up while I do homework". he goes "There are glasses at the station, are those really not big enough for you?" It was my first time here and I was welcomed with a friendly staff member. I'm a sucker for seasonal drinks so I decided to try their peach blossom matcha with oat milk. Ever since I randomly found this place on maps while searching for a coffee shop that was open at 6AM, it has been my go-to for their great variety of drinks but mainly for their Bumble Coffee and RAF. The spinach and feta pastry is so good, I've gotten it almost every time I've been. This spot has also been a place I've coworked in and just had coffee chats. Overall the service is great, the owner/s and staff are great with their suggestions and introducing drinks that are not so familiar to others. The place is also clean and very spacious!
