I don't know how they do it and I don't want to know, I just want more. Also, the red velvet chocolate cookie for a second lives rent free in my head. I've caught myself daydreaming about it during meetings. If they figured out a way to let me inject it straight into my veins I would sign the consent form immediately, no questions asked. Small spot, big flavor. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back.

INC Coffee Roasters on Portola Parkway, is located inside of the beautiful Hoag building in Foothill Ranch. Who would've thought they'd have a coffee shop in there? Not I, that's for sure! I'm glad they're there though. I come out from an appointment and go straight to the coffee bar. From the fall seasonal menu, I ordered the maple pecan latte. It was so good. By the time I headed over for a drink though, there wasn't much pastries left so I had to head home with one hand empty. Bummer. Service is usually quick and they don't seem to get very busy, at least when I'm there. Price is a bit on the higher end, however, you can taste the difference with that first sip. I'm looking forward to grabbing a cup of something again real soon.
