Said they would start at 9, wouldn't come til 9:45 or whenever they wanted.. after we found mold on the wall and the contractor refused to even come and look!!!! we had to threaten w bad reviews and BBB for him to come.. he claimed it was due to the walls not being painted .. I wish he would've given his professional advise to paint the walls before hand bc the sink/vanity was already installed and sealed to the walls.. meaning we would have to pull the sink out to paint the back wall and have it re sealed.. well, we didn't bother calling him to repair any of their mistakes bc of his lack of knowledge, Customer care and communication. We found out the granite he put in wasn't even sealed on top!!!!!! he left the vanity w/ wall texture.. we paid for removal of a medicine cabinet and they didn't even take out the anchors just barely covered it!! wow!!! such lazy work!!! I would never recommend this company.. I will add photos of his work also. overall- poor communication, never on time, lazy work, refuses to come back once they leave.. awful.. worse experience..
