Upon return, we got hit with "we're keeping your security deposit" of $2500 despite returning a clean, dent-free RV. So you know, if the security deposit scamming wasn't enough for you to say "screw this", maybe the fact that this guy is ALSO abusive to his employees will be. If you're renting an RV from this place, and after looking through all these reviews I have no idea why you might, document EVERYTHING. Have video and/or photo evidence of the condition of the RV when you first pick it up and right as you're returning it so you can push back against their absurd claims of damage or dirt. Hopefully we can get our $2500 back via legal process. And hopefully you will read these reviews and avoid this business like the plague. We had one request that they limit the driving of third-party people in the motorhome to ensure that it does not break as soon as we requested that their manager called and said we do not want to take your motor motorhome. because we don't want the responsibility if somebody test drives it and they break it and we have to return it broken. That's not our responsibility. The whole thing seemed like a sham the sales person wanted to take the motorhome. We were offering at a very low price below wholesale so they could make a profit and simply because we were reluctant about how they handled test drives. Their manager, came in and refused to accept the motorhome. That tells us that there's something fishy or smelly going on at this particular Ventura RV motorhome, and therefore we would not recommend it based on our personal experience and our personal interaction that we had with the variety of people at their facility
