We have good services with the RV people and very happy that they kept our trailer storage with them. We had a good drive with Ramon today.

This will be a review of the dealership itself as we went to purchase a vehicle. We drove in without a salesman knowing we were coming or setting an appointment. We were greeted by someone and asked if we needed help and we're quickly set up with somebody to work with all of the employees we can't encountered. We're fine not super friendly though. It was hard to get anyone to smile back at you, meaning it didn't feel very welcoming. Once we sat down and discussed what exactly we were looking for the comparables we found at other dealerships, etc., and they realize that we were very serious about purchasing a car. Our salesman started to relax a little bit, warm up and be a little more friendly. Wood, that being said after we officially said yes to a car and went to sign our lives away, that gentleman we were dealing with was very friendly, very cheerful and very welcoming. The dealership itself was very spacious and clean and organized. They had a variety of vehicles to look at, and choose from. None of the salesman were pushy or overbearing, which is extremely refreshing and appreciated, just wish they were a little more welcoming and friendly when you walk in. We had a very smooth process of purchasing a vehicle and if we were ever in the market for another Ford, we would definitely come back again

FORD F-150: FOURTH ONE IN MY LIFE, AND IT'S FALLING APART…read moreI've owned four Ford F-150s. This is my fourth. And within the first week, I could tell this one wasn't built the same as my previous model. The tailgate especially looked like it was assembled in my garage. Six months in, I have eight of ten plastic screws missing from the tailgate and one rubber stopper gone. This is a brand new truck with 10,000 miles on it. I called the salesman, Ali at Envision Ford. He was less than helpful--told me to call service. Service told me to call him. The typical runaround. I happened to be near the dealership, so I drove there. The salesman was literally drinking his coffee when he told me, "I have no idea. I've never seen this before. I don't even know if this is a warranty issue." Let me be clear: I'm at the dealership. I'm his client from six months ago. I just bought a brand new truck from him that's falling apart. And he doesn't know if a manufacturing defect on a new vehicle is covered under warranty? His job is to know that. He couldn't figure it out. I didn't really respond because I was too angry. Instead, he told me to call Ford directly. Thirty minutes on the phone with Ford. I explained everything. I explained my frustration. The lady on the other end made it crystal clear: she doesn't care. Ford doesn't care. Then, after I've already wasted thirty minutes and she's on my last nerve, she asks me: "What do you want to have done?" What do I want? I'm not stupid, and dealing with stupid people asking stupid questions blows my mind. So I asked her back: "If this was your truck, brand new, and this was happening, what would you want to do?" She rudely turned it back on me: "I'm asking you, sir." I hung up. I've got an attorney. I know what the lemon laws are, and that's exactly what I'm pursuing. They're either fixing this truck properly, or I'm getting my money back.

Along with them is Gibson's Garage, top notch honest service and though they are a small business, they are among the best there is. As for Oxnard Mitsubishi, The vehicle I bought was said to belong to one of the managers wives. I find it quite impossible that there wasn't prior knowledge that the bottom end had been into and crankshaft bearings were replaced. The gaskets/ material was not a match either. Upon inspection it was revealed there were 3 different sized bearings used putting it back together. It was a only a matter of time until the bearings would fail. Dealership of course denied any knowledge of it. Reported to the B.A.R. Dealership not interested in hearing about it at any level. Decided to do an update and let it be known once again for buyers. Be very careful with this place. Honesty and willingness to make things right was not amongst the values that this business operates by. In a word "Shameful". Beware !

I traded in a car over 2 months ago and as of today I have received not one but tollroads tickets. I was told by a worker that they will send me the proof of who they sold it to. Wow so not only did you not do it right the first time but now you sold it again and did no DMV paperwork on it. So unprofessional and a bit shady if you ask me. Good luck with this dealership. Now I get to go deal with the DMV. Thank you so much Jose Diaz for this recommendation. I will never take one from you again.

I was there about 5 min, and their charger charged me $50 which is about $45 more than normal. I asked the receptionist to speak to the person that sets the price about the seemingly outrageous price and their manager Katie at first sent them back to tell me it was Chargepoint's fault. I pointed out that I'd already spoken to Chargepoint and was told the dealer sets pricing, at which point the receptionist told me their Katie intentionally set the price that high and wouldn't speak to me face to face. I pointed out they'd lost a customer with this practice, since the screen on the unit doesn't state price prior to charging and the manager was dishonestly blaming Chargepoint when the dealer sets the price. Imagine being willing to blow a car sale in favor of a one time gotcha electric charging fee 10x normal. You should not trust them for your car maintenance because if they are willing to mistreat a potential new customer and sale, what would their service department do once they got your sale already in hand? Katie, you sell cars for tens of thousands of dollars and are willing to lose sales both at this and the next door Hyundai with the same owner over a $45 excessive fee and treating me poorly.

When I first started coming here, the service was excellent. Then it declined, improved somewhat, and lately it has continued to be hit-or-miss depending on who you work with. Recently, I brought my car in for a door lock issue and was fortunate to work with Dave Foley. Dave was exceptional. He was friendly, kind, caring, and easy to talk to. He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable, and he genuinely made me feel confident leaving my car there. Customer service like that is hard to find. To be honest, if I had been assigned to someone less personable or attentive, I probably would have started going to the Mercedes dealership in Santa Barbara instead. Dave is truly the reason I am continuing to give this dealership a chance. Overall, I would rate the dealership itself around a 3-star because of the inconsistency, but Dave Foley absolutely deserves a 5-star rating for his professionalism and customer care.
