i used to live right next to this place so it was an easy choice to just walk on over. unfortunately, my insurance changed (i used to be covered by my husband's insurance, but that expired and i had to change to my company's insurance, which this office doesn't accept), so i had to change practices. i'm sad that i can't continue with this place bc the admin team is SO NICE and understanding and accommodating and patient and knowledgeable and friendly and always on top of things. they always recognized me and my son and were so quick with all the technical procedures and scheduling and all while my 3 y/o was very distractingly messing with the water cooler in the lobby. the text communication with the admin team is so efficient and easy, and they're not very strict and cold in their communication--they're friendly and loving and have character. i love this admin team, and i will miss them dearly :( as for the actual hygienist team: the assistants/hygienists were alright, some cooler than others. some of them seemed to have tense relationships with the main dentist (you could just kind of sense it from the way they talked to each other or about each other--nothing bad was ever explicitly said, but it was in the tones and the sighs, the small things), which made me wonder about whether the dentist was treating his subordinates well or not or what was up with that, but i have no evidence of anything questionable going on so i can't say for certain the main dentist here dr lo is cool and definitely knows his stuff and cares about me and my son and remembers stuff about our lives and is very gentle and understanding about tough things going on with our lives and such, which is awesome. i will say, though, that i at least felt like he was kind-of A Lot at first. i wouldn't say he's weird but he has a lot of charisma and confidence with the way he talks, and at first it was kinda like Whoa This Is A Lot, but it's nothing really bad, and i can tell everyone's gotten used to his bold personality. he was great with my three year old and very understanding about parenting issues that we've faced. overall a cool guy! also the goodie bags and toys that my son received after visits (as well as the toys in the lobby!) were awesome. he still loves and plays with the toys he got from here! this review is like a Thank You And Goodbye note to this clinic. thank you!! read more

I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. Dr. Lo just cares about making money and has no regard for his patient's health to well being. Every time you go in for a routine cleaning he will insist u need to fill cavities or get a mouth guard, shave your teeth or get braces etc. There isn't one appointment I have had where he didn't try to upsell, almost seeming like a salesman rather than a healthcare provider. His bedside manners are questionable and left me uncomfortable. The last straw for me was his lack of accountability after a routine cavity filling that led to nerve damage and the eventual conclusion that I now need an extraction to fix his mess. It took him multiple appointments to even diagnose the issue. He was completely nonchalant about messing up and implied that it was meant to happen. If that wasn't bad enough he offered a discount on a dental cap after my extraction. If you can't fill a regular cavity then should you even be in business and to act like it was my problem and not his doing only made it worse. If you care about your family's health, I would highly recommend to avoid this dental clinic at all costs! read more

Been coming to Redmond Parc Square Dental for 17 years. Dr. Lo and the staff always provide thoughtful, personalized care. The office is clean and very organized. I appreciate that Dr. Lo focuses on my health when considering options. At other dental offices, I had felt pressured to do things for cosmetic reasons, even though I have generally healthy teeth. Over my 17 years here, Dr. Lo monitors my oral health and we only do things when necessary. So I've had very few procedures. Instead, Dr. Lo and the staff gives me tips for preventive care. As a result, my teeth are even healthier than 17 yrs ago. And strangers compliment my teeth all the time! read more

I've been coming to Dr. Kiefer and Dr. Lo for the last couple of years, and this dental office is the best dental care experience I've had in my life. I generally feel pretty nervous about coming to the dentist but the whole team here is really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They clean and care for my teeth really thoroughly, and are detailed in how they describe areas I need to look out for and the specifics of my mouth. I've had a couple cavities filled, a wisdom tooth pulled, and about 3 or 4 cleanings. The team has always been really professional and awesome. Highly recommended! read more

I have never written such a bad rating on yelp but I feel I have to. I had a crown and filing treatment at this place. The staffs are friendly and fun but not as fun when they are chatting about something else during my entire treatment. They tried to get my teeth model for my crown, and we tried for 5 times to be able to get the perfect one. I got it its holiday season and we want to get a perfect one now so I don't have to come back for doing it again... but 5 times for the same thing??? The staff poured Peridex on my hair by accident. To make it up, she didn't offer another cup to rinse my mouth by the time I need it, but gave me a bottle in the end of the treatment. The left corner of my lips was dried out and started feeling hurt after 2.5 hours treatment. Well... they are really friendly and nice, but I doubt their professions by the way they acted. read more

I didn't had good experience here. In short, Dr. Garrick did a filling which started paining so I again saw him in which he said he can't do anything and recommended to specialist. He said he precipitated the problem, your tooth was in bad state which I accept but he should have given some warning before filling that probability of success is very less. While taking panoramic image he said it costs $100 but he's doing for free as a favor. While my wife went to other clinic and there also it was free. In detail, he did x-ray or panoramic image which showed some gaps (decay or cavity) within tooth. He suggested for filling which I assumed would be easier one and no drilling would be needed. Dr never clarified that they will drill the tooth to fill. While doing filling he took a picture from my mobile to capture the gap. After filling was done I asked why I couldn't see that gap/cavity for which assistant doctor said it was inside and we had to cut chewing surface, drill and then fill cavity. Then I asked Dr. Garrick Lo how much it was cut and drill for which he said I shouldn't worry about those details. {Really?? It's my tooth and I shouldn't worry what you do to my tooth??} He simply said if it pains even after 2-3 days then come to me. Same happened. It pained a lot even on drinking room temperature water. He did something for 2-3 mins and said he can't do anything now you'll have to go to specialist. He also mentioned that tooth was having bad cavity, if not today you would have faced this pain sometime in future. {Yeah, I'm going to die some day so why not die today!} Worst part is - he never mentioned that they'll cut the chewing surface, drill inside teeth, filling may not be successful, upon which you might have to see specialist. read more

I started seeing Dr Tanaguchi when I was about 8 and have stayed with Parc Square Dental 50 years later. I'm so glad Dr Lo has taken over the practice and I could not recommend him highly enough. I have been going to Redmond Parc Square Dental for 15 years and can't say enough good things about them! Karen, my regular hygienist, is amazing. She's fast, efficient, and gentle but effective (her cleanings feel good!). The entire office is friendly, approachable, and welcoming. They don't "try too hard" by offering fancy gimmicks to entertain me, and they never try to "up-sell" me on unnecessary dental work, but do offer realistic guidance on how to to best utilize my insurance benefits. They transformed my smile in these 15 years! If I ever move away from the area, I can't imagine finding another dentist office like RPSD! read more

Doctor Lo and the staff at Parc Square Dental are really friendly, but more importantly you feel like they genuinely care about your dental health, and they do. I've had braces for the past three years and they've been very proactive and communicating to my orthodontist about every detail, and have given me great advise on how to care for my teeth during this time. Another area that I really like going to this office, is that they aren't pushy, I've been to dental offices where it feels more like a sales pitch rather than a dentist's office. That said, Parc Square Dental makes you feel comfortable, I work with Marlen and she's the absolute best on giving advise on your dental health and action plans in regards to preventative care. read more
