Dr. Chris and his team are absolutely fantastic. We relocated to the area and needed a dentist after about a year off. Dr. Chris and his team fit in our family of four in for checkups and cleanings including our two daughters ages 10 and 12. The staff did an amazing job and made us all feel comfortable and at home. My mom recommended this place to me b/c she told me about how she gets really nervous at the dentist and often needs gas or something to relax her. They totally took care of her. I've been seeing Chris for about two years after my primary dentist changed hands. Chris and Deb have always been very professional, and have provided me with complete dental care at reasonable prices. They even do weekend appointments twice a month, and show you all the work they are doing with cameras in your mouth. Their standard cleanings even leave my teeth whiter, and I feel that they are doing everything they can to keep your teeth healthy. Amazing office! Each time I come in Deb remembers me and asks about how my family is doing. Billing is super easy and all done through my insurance. This is one of the few places that offers a 7am appointment so I can be in and out in 30min. My dentist of 25 years retired a few years back and while searching for a new dentist I was pressured each time to buy services/procedures I didn't need. My husband and I were patients for years here and had a very positive experience with this dentist as far as dental work and professionalism and friendliness of the dentist and staff is concerned. That is until recently. My family is no longer a patient here. I called for help one day when my young son broke a tooth. We are a single income family right now so money is tight. I knew I would not have the cash on hand for the repair. I called, hoping that years of loyalty would matter in an emergency, that a payment arrangement could be worked out, etc. But sadly that is not what happened. We are covered by insurance but I was concerned over any deductible or out of pocket expense otherwise. Deb, who normally is very helpful and kind, was not so much upon hearing I didn't have cash in hand. She didn't check insurance to see what our out of pocket would be but instead turned us away. I called a local pediatric dentist who checked our insurance and came into the office on an off day to do the work. Our insurance is excellent when it comes to the kids it turns out - no out of pocket for the procedure, as it turned out. While I'm sad to write this review I'm actually glad it turned out as it did. I like to know who people really are when the chips are down. read more

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. The whole team was incredibly friendly and made me feel like we were BFFs. As far as the actual cleaning appointment goes, it was fast, painless, and if you're into it, fairly entertaining with the option to watch tv with headphones. It was so much better than being lost in my thoughts and being hypersensitive to every sound and sensation happening in my mouth. This was my first visit here and I'm in the middle of a SmileDirect Club treatment. I thought they'd express some sort of distaste that I didn't use whatever alignment treatment they have but they were so friendly and made me feel welcome and said to come back when I was done with my treatment to make sure everything was as it should be. It's hard to click "5-star" for a dentist, especially at my advanced age and dental condition. I do think Dr. Farac is an exceptional Dentist though. He's very progressive w/ his treatment methods. Examples include: * digital x-rays that administer a much smaller radiation dose than film x-rays * Some little vibration do-dad that keeps one from noticing the needle's penetration. * digital, 3-D images for crowns, rather than a "plaster cast". His hours are way more accommodating than my previous dentist; that my family still uses! They should switch. read more

Initial Visit: As someone with dental anxiety, going to the dentist is a real difficult situation. I will spend weeks up until my visit fretting and usually have my doctor prescribe Valium for my visits to help keep me calm. I recently had my first dental visit in 4 years with Dr. Farac and it was actually great. I cant say I have ever been so comfortable in a dental office in my life until this visit. I made my way through a very gentle exam and cleaning and did not even need to take anxiety medication. I had one cavity that I had to return for. Cavity followup: I had to return to get a cavity filled, my second one in my life so you can imagine i was not thrilled. They got me in very quickly, sprayed numbing spray on my gums, used a cool vibrating machine and gave my my injections. Although I could still feel it a bit, it was not terrible. The actually filling took maybe 5 minutes to complete. I also got a night guard for clenching in the same visit, which was a pain to keep my mouth open for the casting, but here is hoping it helps with my jaw pain! I have to say, after visiting this office I am far less afraid to come back in 6 months! read more

Friendly service but opportunitisnic. First time going to this office. Out of all dental offices I have been, every single office only take bitewings x-rays. This office didn't inform me before doing another x-ray called panoramic x-ray. It delivers twice amount of radiation the regular bitewings x-ray. The doctor knows that I am healthy, no concerns on cavities etc and came in for my clean up routine. Panoramic x-ray radiation like this is not necessary! Did forget to mention that the dental hygienist didn't put a protection collar on me?! Had they explained to me clearly before they did it I would said no. You can tell when people try to sell you things and this office is one of those. They don't care about you whether you need it or if you are concerned with it. $$ first. read more

The Advanced Dental Team is great. I love chatting with Deb at the front desk. She is so friendly and always wants to know what we've been up to. Dr. Farac uses a lot of newer technology and tools to asses your oral health. I've found that he can spot things or explain why I might be experiencing sensitivity and always provides solutions to concerns I bring up. He's never recommended something to me that wasn't necessary though, which I really appreciate, so most trips are just in and out routine cleanings. Love how efficient and knowledgeable he is. Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional. They use some more advanced techniques than I have seen at other dentists, but it's also just a great place to get your biannual cleaning. I also had some plastic retainers made since my old ones were getting a little gross, and they used a much higher quality plastic. They worked with my insurance and I don't think I paid anything. I've since moved back to California, but I still get my teeth cleaned here because I just don't think I will find a better dentist than these guys. Can't recommend them enough! read more

They also have your back in case insurance claims get out of whack and you accidentally pay more than they say. Got existing metal fillings removed and replaced with non-metal fillings as well as getting a couple brand new fillings. I have nothing but good things to say about Advanced Dental Team. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I hated going to the dentist where I used to live. Not necessarily because they were a bad dentist office, but just because going to the dentist is not fun to begin with. Advance Detnal Team made the chore of going to the dentist a positive experience. First off, they open at 7 AM, which is great for those of us who want to go to the dentist without having to shift around our whole day. Also, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and assisted by a very friendly receptionist named Deb. On top of being friendly, she is knowledgeable and efficient (for those of you wondering, they take both Boeing and Microsoft insurance). The actual dentistry part was great too. They do everything they can to make you comfortable (including giving you the option of watching your own personal TV with headphones). Dr. Farac is very professional. He is also very good about answering my many questions and never makes me feel like I'm just a patient he is trying to get through. He seems to genuinely care about his patients. I went in for a basic cleaning, and I was in and out in 25 minutes. Overall, great great great experience! read more

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this office and would not recommend it. As another reviewer mentioned, I feel the doctor is "opportunistic" indeed! It all started with a tooth of mine that had broken. Instead of recommending that the periodontist (implant specialist) look at it before, Dr. Farac recommended I pull the tooth. Luckily I got a second opinion that advised me to go to the specialist first. And I'm so glad I did. If I had had Dr. Farac pull the tooth, I would have been toothless for 3 months until my gums healed. But because I went to the periodontist, the periodontist extracted the tooth and implanted the pin the same day saving me months of humiliation without a tooth. A doctor without a conscience is dangerous! Despite this incident, i gave him the benefit of the doubt and revisited him. To be fair, he did his crown job on my implant well. One of his hygenists, a new one from Texas, was terrible and caused me such pain that I had to have her stop my treatment. That said, I never saw her at the office again. The straw that broke the camel's back and made me lose all my faith in this doctor was that he took a deep amalgam filling that I had no complaints or pain or physical signs of decay and made it a white filling. Ever since then (over a year later) the tooth is sensitive to touch and I have been avoiding chewing on that side. He said there might be a fracture on that tooth. And guess what, he caused it by removing a big old amalgam filling! Yet he didn't take any ownership and didn't care. He said I might need a crown on it. More money in his pocket while I suffer the pain and cost. I will never trust this dentist again. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Farac, Deb- his front office Manager, and his assistant! I have the world's largest dental phobia and had to see him after many years of avoiding dental care for a tooth that wouldn't stop hurting. Deb got me in same day and Dr. Farac removed the infected tooth and made sure I was as numb and comfortable as possible before hand. He's incredibly compassionate and would do anything possible to make his patients more comfortable! I can't say I look forward to seeing him, but it's comforting knowing that my fears and irrational issues are treated with respect. I drive the treatment-- if I say I need a few minutes break during a procedure, it's never an issue. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone within a 2 hour driving distance. He's a little hard to make appts with because he's so popular, but Deb will always find a way to squeeze you in if you have an emergency!! They also have a numbing gun that vibrates to make getting numb much less painful and irritating. They have a TV as well if you want to watch stuff while you're being worked on. read more
