Every time you go in for a routine cleaning he will insist u need to fill cavities or get a mouth guard, shave your teeth or get braces etc. There isn't one appointment I have had where he didn't try to upsell, almost seeming like a salesman rather than a healthcare provider. His bedside manners are questionable and left me uncomfortable. The last straw for me was his lack of accountability after a routine cavity filling that led to nerve damage and the eventual conclusion that I now need an extraction to fix his mess. It took him multiple appointments to even diagnose the issue. He was completely nonchalant about messing up and implied that it was meant to happen. If that wasn't bad enough he offered a discount on a dental cap after my extraction. If you can't fill a regular cavity then should you even be in business and to act like it was my problem and not his doing only made it worse. If you care about your family's health, I would highly recommend to avoid this dental clinic at all costs!

Providers and Care Dr. Amy, Dr. Hans, and Dr. Amanda are all excellent - knowledgeable, professional, and consistently great in both service and delivery. I've always felt truly cared for here, which is exactly what I want from a dental office. Professionalism and Consistency The quality is consistently high. They're thorough, clear, and take the time to do things right. It's the kind of place where you feel confident you're in good hands. Scheduling and Efficiency They're good with rescheduling when needed and are most of the time on schedule, which I really appreciate. The experience feels organized without feeling rushed. Staff and Atmosphere The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. From a patient perspective, it also seems like the team is treated well, and that usually shows up in the service. Office Updates They recently went through some construction a couple months ago, and the updates look great - especially nice for an office that's been established for a while. Recommendation Highly recommend if you want a dental team that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care.

Dr. Han and staff made time to get him in and took excellent care of him. As a result I ended up making an appointment and over the last 9 months we have been working a plan to get my dental care back on track. Dental care is expensive and the staff has worked with me to break down payments. Dr. Han also offers a dental plan that is better than Delta Dental. Dental insurance is great if your employer is paying for it. Dr. Han's plan is for people like me who are self employed. In conclusion, I highly recommend this practice.

The office manager said he would call me to dicuss my concerns but that never happened. They also failed to respond to my e-mail. That is when I decided to write this review.

I was referred by my prior dentist upon their retirement to an independent caregiver that soon…read morejoined this practice. During a routine visit it was recommended that I have a wisdom tooth removed due to the susceptibility of bacterial infection. I had the tooth pulled. Upon my next routine visit this same caregiver said with surprise, and I quote, "oh you had a tooth pulled". That was a red flag I missed. Did they not recall their prognosis? Did they not read their notes or my records? On several subsequent visits I was told that I needed two crowns, and an existing (gold) crown replaced. Being convinced by the caregiver and the staff I agreed to have "milled" porcelain crowns produced in-house, and celebrated the one visit process. Oral health is the gateway to overall health, right? It was also recommended that I purchase a plural component fluoride rinse, at well over $100. I did and when I discovered the product was well expired was told to "use it anyway". That said, the crowns I received never seemed right. They were not painful but I knew they were there. Not what one should be aware of. Short story long... I have a new provider and my X-rays have revealed what is called "open margins" between my natural tooth structure and the crowns provided by Van derhoff Smiles. The crowns do not fit. These folks led me to believe I was under the best and most technologically advanced care. They didn't even check their work. I paid several thousand dollars for work that now must be corrected, at a cost of several more thousand dollars. It will be money well spent. But what a shame for all the missteps that have compelled me to write this.

As part of the first appt, they ran standard tests and scans for a holistic profile. I discussed my issues with Dr.Neha (she's awesome btw and great bedside manners) and she was quick, to the point and outlined various treatment options I could choose from. Part that I was impressed with the most was, the flexibility with which the staff and dentist modified the plan of action then and there to fit my need and treated me, instead of cleaning which is what I went in for originally. I walked away with zero pain and have the follow ups and treatment costs tee'd up. Highly recommend this practice, if you haven't already explored.

She discussed my treatment options and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns about the previous filling, which had not been done properly. I really appreciated how thorough the team was. They explained every step of the procedure, reviewed what they found, and even discussed potential causes of the issues. It made me feel informed and confident in the care I was receiving. I just had my filling redone yesterday, but I can already tell a huge difference. My sensitivity to hot and cold has significantly improved. I still have a little tenderness when biting as the procedure was completed yesterday.
