You get a "can" of .44 FMJ reloads for the price of $134.00 + tax. You can't beat this! Great ammo for plinking or target practice.
Eric R.

Last year, I was in need of a couple boxes of .44 special ammunition, in order to qualify at the range with my new S&W Model 69, in order to list it on my California CCW. Since I was to pick up my new toy from the store, and take it directly to the range, and shooting it for the first time, along with qualifying, I didn't want to shoot full-bore .44 magnum. However, .44 special ammo isn't exactly easy to find in the greater Sacramento area, and you have to look around a bit. After doing some "googling," I arrived at Redline Ballistics last year, and purchased a box of .44 special. I left with a box of ammo and a smile on my face, and later qualified at the range. Have you checked the price of a box of .44 magnum or .357 magnum? We're talking $35 - $40.00 a box! With my budget, I can't do much plinking or target practice at that price... here's where Redline Ballistics comes to the rescue, as they sell FMJ reloads, in bulk at a very reasonable price. Just the other day, I paid $134.00 plus tax for a can of 250, .44 magnum - full bore - FMJ reloads. If .357 magnum is your baby, a can of 250 FMJ reloads will set you back only $105.00 plus tax. Redline Ballistics has large cans of all the popular handgun cartridges, along with rifle cartridges such as .223 and .308 and bargain prices. Since they are a firearms dealer, you don't have to go through all of the "California nonsense," as least as of this writing. Who knows what the future will bring? If you don't care to purchase in bulk, they have boxes of practically every caliber you can imagine, including .338 Winchester magnum! If they don't have it in stock, they'll be happy to order it for you, and when your order is in, they will contact you by phone or by text. Shopping at Redline Ballistics is a pleasant experience, as the staff is friendly and very knowlegeable on the subject of firearms, and the patchwork quilt of current California firearm laws. They will be more than happy to answer your questions and lend you assistance, with a smile. If you like to save money on ammunition, and you appreciate doing business with true professionals, I highly recommend Redline Ballistics for all of your ammunition needs.

Hooked it up with some ammo. Great prices. My baby is going to be well fed. Thanks guys!

Buying in bulk is always nice especially when it's not over priced like at most of your local gun shops.

I appreciate Cora taking the time to help me build my skillset and understanding in the firsts steps and next steps courses. Her expertise and guidance helped me to not only learn how to use a FA but to have fun and not be afraid! Jaysen made my first purchase easy and was very knowledgeable on the questions I had as well. SGR has helped me to feel right at home and comfortable, I'd highly recommend paying them a visit if you're like me and didn't know much about FA's. The range itself is huge and has a great selection of FA's and accessories.

I'd give this range about 3 stars overall. One thing I do like is that you can shoot pretty much…read moreall types of guns there, which is definitely a plus. But holy crap... it gets SO hot inside the range. During the summer you're literally sweating and dripping the entire time, which makes it pretty uncomfortable. One visit I was told I couldn't go in because I had open toed shoes on, which I understand because safety rules are safety rules. But then another person walked in wearing a crop top and booty shorts and that was apparently fine, so it felt a little inconsistent. Another time I asked if I could buy the sticky pads for my targets instead of purchasing completely new targets, and the employee responded with "Well you have to buy them" in a way that honestly made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. Like... obviously I expected to pay for them. Besides those experiences, the place is okay overall, but customer interactions and the temperature inside definitely could be improved.

It's appalling how bad the customer service is in Sportsman's Warehouse. I have experienced the…read moresame problem at the Rancho Cordova store and at the Rocklin store. The problem is the firearms counter. I have purchased a few guns there over the past 13 years, and the experience has universally been horrible. The basic tone is this: The staff's demeanor is as if they are doing you a favor by selling you something. They are quite deliberately aloof, indifferent, and they slow-walk everything they do. This occurs whether they are busy or not. Either way, it will be an agonizingly slow experience if you want help or want to purchase a firearm. They randomly chose to use or ignore their "take a number" system, and when you go in there's never any way to tell whether you should take a number or not. You can stand at the counter, waiting for help for an hour at times. Often they won't acknowledge your presence or even make eye contact. It feels as if you are offending them by even being there, and they want nothing more than for you to just go away. If you actually wish to purchase a firearm, I would recommend budgeting at least two hours in the store. Or better yet, go to another store that has some level of competent management and values their customers. That's what I'm going to do. The clearest way I can explain it? The firearms counter at Sportsman's Warehouse is exactly like trying to get help from a big city branch of the California DMV. That sums it up perfectly.

I bought a revolver a couple years ago with every…read moreintention of using it... and then I put it in my gun safe where it basically became a very expensive paperweight for two years. I finally decided it was time to stop being nervous and actually go to the range. After reading the reviews, I decided to check this place out, and I'm really glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I told them it was my first time at the range, and they took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and help me get set up. That made a huge difference because walking into a range as a newbie can feel a little intimidating. Once I got to my lane, I was only there for about 30 minutes, but I enjoyed every minute of it. My confidence definitely grew, and I left feeling way more comfortable than when I walked in. Overall, great first experience. Friendly staff, helpful guidance, and a welcoming environment for beginners. I'm looking forward to coming back for more practice -- and this time, I promise I won't wait another two years.

We all know, purchases / transfers in California are difficult and wrought with bureaucracy & nonsense. This shop, makes it simple and easy for you to get it done. In addition, they have a very nice indoor range with a VERY wide multitude of rental firearms. Aside from the good customer service & cool indoor range, they had an incredibly wide variety of stock for sale. I noticed they had VERY fair prices, like some firearms were easily $100-125 less a piece than the FUDD gun shops here in (510) Alameda County. I would say the top highlight of this gun shop was the lack of FUDD. I experienced & saw / heard zero FUDD nonsense. Just straight up good, solid, friendly customer service & plenty of great products to choose from. It's also noteworthy that they had a really good inventory of ammo for reasonable pricing. I'll definitely be spending some more money here. Keep it up guys!!

Grab a couple items totaling around 65 bucks, cashier is very friendly and cool. Turns out the back massager thing I bought was broken ($49.99 listed on the box) and the gloves I grabbed she already had stashed at her gym ($14.99). Didn't really anticipate issues (I should have assumed their items are broken I guess) so the receipt was discarded. Didn't think anything of it since every store ever will give you store credit if you don't have the actual paper receipt. Nope... wife goes to return the gifts for store credit and see if there's anything in there she wants with the 65ish dollars I paid. They give her a gift card with $29.00 on it... called them and apparently if you return anything w/o a receipt the items automatically revert to the LOWEST sale price they've EVER had on that item so #1 the (broken) massager is marked up like crazy and #2 they literally have the items on their floor that show the price point they're currently marked at that particular location. Bought the stuff less than a week ago, main item was broken, zero attempt at customer service... 35 bucks isn't going to ruin anyone but the principal of thing is a killer for me especially considering brick and mortar retail is dying and Big 5 is already fully outclassed by Dicks and wayyy out-convenienced by Amazon. I already felt like I was doing them a favor by not utilizing those other options.... TLDR - worst return policy ever (and one i've literally never seen anywhere else), not helping your company survive
