Awesome Experience!!!!…read more Went here yesterday with a group of people and it was an experience that everyone should have! We were all pretty much average or below shooters before this class. John taught us the basic fundamentals on how to build sturdy triangles with our arms, bodies and legs to increase accuracy. Our groupings tightened up immediately after learning the fundamentals of shooting accurately. We all felt very safe and learned a whole lot about body mechanics and how they effect accuracy. All of us had a great time and are trying to arrange an Advanced Shooting Class soon. Please go do a class with John. It is a most wonderful experience! We will be back soon!!

I live in Sac County and had to take the 16 hour course - Paul covered more material than was required and explained things in a way that I understood. He took the time to go over my questions until I had a complete understanding. I was very nervous about qualifying. I had one gun I was familiar with and had shot before and another that I just acquired and had never shot. Paul had a way about him that made me feel at ease out on the range. He was very positive and supportive. He made running through the drills fun - which really helped me relax and be ready to qualify. There were plenty of material to take home which included a Basic Pistol Handbook that makes a great quick reference for anything from safety, how to handle a pistol to cleaning and storing handguns and ammunition. Even though I was the only one to attend the class that day, Paul decided to go through with it anyway, rather than rescheduling it. I was please with that, because it gave me a one on one instruction and allowed him to spend more time with me at the range for the qualification portion of the class.
